I came up from Austin for Christmas, and needed a haircut really bad, at the last minute (December 23). I walked into another place around the corner, and the girl was more worried about what was going on with her phone than customers, and I stood in front of her for several minutes, then just left. I went to The Fade Factory, and was greeted at the door. I didn't have an appointment, and one barber, Elvis, was available to work me right in. He took time with me, asked what I wanted, and did a great job. If I lived in Arlington, this would be a place I'd be glad to call my home barber.

Elvis did this. I reached out to him to either refund the $$ and I was dodged. I hate to write this post, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. I have 4 sons that I was starting to take to this shop on the regular unit this happened. Dirty equipment, lack of effort in fixing the problem. Totally dodged me in this situation. Very poor service. This is a good shop. Elvis should not be working here.

I recently started going here and I have def found my new barber Gee! I am always greeted and the environment makes you feel safe and comfortable. Everyone there is nice and welcoming. All the barbers are great but book with Gee for sure! She gets me right every time! I def recommend!

My son went out for the day with his dad’s girlfriend and she decided to take him to get his haircut for me since I’ve been working so much. He HATES getting his haircut. Not only did they do an amazing job on his cut but they were so good at doing the actual cut that he told me I better leave you guys a 5 star review. He’s never had anything good to say about his past barbers but you guys rock and he wanted me to let you know.
