Office staff is so welcoming their customer service is 10/10 PLUS. Irene is very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions.

Day 3 of living here but already wanted to rave! This is a great place, lots of outside areas. Floor plan is wonderful, lots of space for us, the kids and our dog! The office staff has been wonderful and professional while still being friendly

The air has not worked for me in hot weather for a year now it is hotter in my apartment than outside

The office is inviting and the process so far is stress free. The management is friendly and knowledgeable.i wasn't approved and only said my background but no specifics. I rented down the road and moved in elsewhere tho.

I have been living here for almost 4 years. But like any other Apartment complex you are going to come into issues. No matter were you live that's life. But everything can be resolved and issues can be resolved. But I will have to say Mrs. Irene, Mr. Joel Mendoza, Miss Yara EXCELLENT EXCELLENT! Landlords they are professional very kind very courteous and very very helpful. And Miguel is a EXCELLENT EXCELLENT! Maintenance Man! I couldn't think of living anywhere else. So if you are looking for a place to live add this place to your list and come down and check them out.

I just moved into these apartments yesterday I was handled really good everything went well.

Future potential resident DO NOT MOVER HERE! Ac Always breaking down and when you call to have things fix they never show up things never get fix! They steady raising the cost to leave here always some fee or some sort every month! There roaches and ants we pay for pest fee and no results it’s just horrible there mold in the vents and wall just horrible horrible

When you move out and they say something it's all wrong and they don't tell you what you need pay they wait till you try to get a better place where people are not rude plus they wait till the bill high and they keep things so that you can't move they tell the other apartment lies and there water is always off half the time with anyone knowing

Joel was awesome through the whole move in process. Office staff was also really helpful and kind!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and the last year and a half has really been progress. Joel is absolutely awesome and Yara is incredible. Anytime I have an issue it’s addressed immediately. Irene is also a wonderful addition too. The maintenance guys are on point especially Miguel. Thank you for always making sure me and my boys (andrew and alex) are comfortable and safe.

Joel was great with the whole move in process. Made it easy and simple to move in. Great team great office!

Joelle is a Rockstar! He was able to get us into a great place within two days of walking into the leasing office. He kept contact with us and was able to get us exactly what we needed.
So far with moving in everything has been going pretty smoothly! I'll update in six months with how we have liked living here.

I have been living in these apartments for 1 year, but in the last 2 months the refrigerator has presented me with problems, we went to the offices, they came to fix it and it worked for the most 1 day, now I have lost more than $1500 in food and they only know to tell me that they will come a day After changing it, they are not aware since I have nowhere to store my food, it definitely does not deserve a star.
