Fixed my phone and got it working like it was brand new. Super nice guy too. Will be using him in the future for any other repairs!

This place is great! I had a minor issue with my first screen and they made it right without any issues. I would go back here. Great service!

I came out of town to visit friends and brought my iPad hoping to get the screen fixed for a reasonable price. Ryan was courteous and a showed great professionalism. I let him know I was from out of town and he got my daughter’s iPad fixed in less than 3 hours same day. If I have to have any other Apple products with a broken screen fixed. It will be worth the drive to have it fixed by Ryan.

Ryan was super. I needed a new battery for a very dead phone (now repurposed as a MP3 player). While waiting, I had a chance to watch him interact with other customers. He was straight forward and did not try to talk people into something they didn’t need/want.

Ryan is an excellent employee, always very knowledgable as well as patient, all with a big smile. Thank you for hiring such competent and personable employees. We will always use the Fixi Shop!

Awesome guys that were able to correct my problem with an iphone charging port in 15 minutes. Helpful and very much worth the cost. Great value.

Took 3 phones to get fixed on the same day. Two had diagnostic tests and the other had a screen replaced. The tech, Jimmy was very nice and helpful. He was busy when I walked in so I decided to leave the phones for him to work on and when I returned, he was still working on one of the iPhone's after attempting to get it to reset for over an hour. He didn't give up and kept trying even though it seemed that the phone wasn't going to work anymore. Another shop may have just given up, but Jimmy didn't. I left the shop with all 3 phones working and I am very grateful for his time and effort in getting the phones checked out and fixed.
Anytime I need an iPhone fixed, I always go to this shop. They are affordable and can get it done the same day. Every time I've been to the shop, I've always left a satisfied customer. I've even recommended this shop to my family and they've recommended to others as well.

GREAT service! I had called Gadgik in Southlake, but their operator sounded bored and unwilling to help. When I called Fixi Shop, Jimmy was kind, listened to my iPhone issue, and gave me advice over the phone. I brought the phone in, and he spent hours replacing parts, diagnosing issues to fix, etc. When all was said and done, even though my iPhone was a gonner after water damage, he charged me nothing for his time and gave me further advice on iPhone care and where to get a refurbished phone. Overall friendly guy and amazing customer service!

I went in today to get the battery replaced for my iPhone 6S. Service was great and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Much easier than going to Apple!

I think we've had 4 or 5 screens/LCD's replaced on various phones and are always pleased with the results. They are friendly and quick!

I went in expecting to have to replace my broken screen but when the guy looked at it he said that the glass cover I had on was what was broken not the screen! He peeled it off, replaced it and now my screen is perfect! So glad to find an honest repair place! Great price, great service, and very honest company!

Gave me excuses because he did not want to help me. Went down the street and was helped with all of my phones small issues.

Ryan did a great job on my son's phone. Repaired screen and camera. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable guy and we plan to bring more business as a result. Will let everyone know this is the place to go for repairs! Also thought I would just drop it off since it was 15 minutes to closing but he stayed over and repaired while we waited. Found out it was his birthday so he didn't need to stay but wanted to give us great service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

They took care of my iPhone screen replacement in 20 minutes while I took my dogs to walk in the park down the way. Easy, reasonably priced and the guy running the shop was delightful. Highly recommend.

Really cool space and even cooler people. Both times I've had screens replaced at the Fixi Shop, I've received great service, hospitality and conversation along with a great product. Jimmy is my kid's favorite. Highly recommend.
