The Fixx Hair Studio, New Braunfels TX

I have been really nervous to get a haircut for a couple of years now but I went to Sam and she did a really good job! She was super nice and did exactly what I had wanted! Will definitely go back!

Been going for years. I love the service, the staff and the atmosphere. I get highlights, conditioning treatments and blow outs. Great place to go.

Horrable place. My wife came home after waiting 6 weeks to have them tell her they can't do her hair. To top it off they were not even on time for an appointment made 6 weeks in advance.

Had a Brazillian Blowout, waited 3 days to wash hair after service with shampoo they recommended. I still had to use flat iron on my hair to tame the frizz. Very disappointed, spent over $310.00 for this service and shampoo from this establishment. I don't feel enough product was used as she only put the formula on every other section and then blended with a comb.

I got my hair cut here today and I will definitely be back! Staci was professional and seemed like she was very experienced. She explained everything she was wanting to do really well. I got my hair cut at a different salon in New Braunfels in Sept and the girls there were talking about either a coworker or a customer and I left with one side like an inch longer! I liked Fixx hair studio and definitely recommend!

Kara Jean Schmidt is amazing! She understands the products and takes the time to make sure its done right. Or she tells you how long it's going to take to reach your desired goal so that your hair stays healthy. She is the BEST stylist I've ever had and will never go to anyone else! I don't think you can go wrong with anyone at the salon though!

I highly recommend this salon! Each time I walk in you can feel the positive energy and see the talented stylist at work! I’m always leave feeling wonderful! Best place in town hands down!

Some other salon butchered my hair (took a bunch of length when asked for a trim, left it uneven and shaped like a pyramid) but Kara truly fixed me up! Without taking any more length she fixed up the shape, communicating with me the entire time. She is always continuing her education, she is very attentive and talented. I will go no where else.

I love this salon and Beca always does such an amazing job with my hair. Everyone always greets you with a smile love the staff.

Absolute 5 star treatment. Kara Jean is by far one of the best hair stylist I have ever had in my 40+ years. The whole staff from the owners Lauren and Robbie to the newest stylist are always continuing their education and passing it on to their clients.

I had gone there for a consultation on hair extensions. I was interested in getting the fusion extensions. Their pricing made sense don’t get me wrong, because it takes time to put them in and it’s real hair. The issue I had was with the little blonde girl that sits at the reception desk. She said that she would get me pricing on how much the hair costed, because I wasn’t sure if I would have enough to pay for that up front or not. She couldn’t figure out the pricing and said she would call me the next day to tell me the price for 20inch extensions. Well next day comes and she never calls. She was rude to begin with and didn’t know ANYTHING about hair. Why are you working at a hair salon if you don’t know anything about what you’re doing? So rude that I never got a call for pricing. Won’t be returning for any services.

I love my stylist Kara-Jean. I'm very picky, and have always been happy! The parking lot is tiny, and weird shaped, but everything else is wonderful!

I love this place been going here for years. All the girls are so sweet and so professional and do a great job. Lauren the owner has given so many girls in New Braunfels and surrounding areas the opportunity to become professional hairdressers by training them on the job. She and her husband Robbie are wonderful people and wonderful bosses. I would suggest you go here to get your hair done we will love your color and your cut and the girls who do it for you!

Mariah at The Fixx did a wonderful job on my hair, she gave me a great fall color! I will definitely be returning and I would recommend her to anyone. She takes her time, listens to your wants and needs, and provides excellent customer service. Plus she about put me to sleep when she shampooed my hair, great scalp massage! I felt really pampered.

I needed to find someone to cut my hair. I asked for someone who is good at short hair that can work with the shape of my face, because it is difficult on me. I paid $47 for haircut only with Stacy. At that price you need to be spot on.
