The Flats at Sugarland, Sugar Land TX

Netra and her staff are so awesome! The apartments are maintained well and it’s a quiet community.

This is my first event staying in this apartment. Very good place to get social with the neighbors and so so friendly staff. Always ready to help. I had an issue with my dryer and the maintainience guys helped so calmly to resolve the issue

The apartment life events have been great and have given a chance for my son and myself to get out and meet my neighbors. Can’t wait to participate in future ones!

This event these past 3 days and 2 nights were absolutely amazing the crafts and ball games were great in the morning and the teaching for the kids were right on. Ever and Avery are a great team the events they put on to help people in the apartments get to know each other are amazing. Keep up the great work. Wish I could give them 10

Horrible! The most frustrating application process I have ever gone through. I booked an apartment and was told someone else had also booked the same unit. The leasing lady told me they would not refund my booking fee. One star is because I couldn't go below that.

Morghan Brumby in the Leasing Office did a great job of giving us a tour of The Flats at Sugarland. We arrived early to our tour appointment and she started the tour with no issues. We had originally wanted a specific floor plan and Morghan told us it was available. Unfortunately, the floor plan we wanted was taken not even an hour after we finished our tour, however, Morghan was quick on her feet and let us know that a similar floor plan was available so without hesitation we applied and were approved. We ended up liking the floor plan so no harm no foul. If you find a floor plan you really like at The Flats at Sugarland I recommend you apply as soon as you can! Thanks for all your help Morghan!

Loved the Apartment Life who hosted many events every month for the residents! They made living here so much fun

Ever and Avery were awesome! The burgers and hotdogs were delicious! We need more events like this. Good way to meet everyone and get involved with community.

I have really enjoyed living at the apartments the last few years but I have noticed the huge improvement since management changed. In particular, the apartment life team has been organizing a lot of really cool things for the residents. I love the latest gaming days they have had at the club house! It has given my son the opportunity to meet some more kids in our community. I personally can’t wait for ice cream truck day!

Horrible community, not helpful AT ALL. You talk to them with respect they give you disrespect. Don’t plan living here, it’s dirty, and not taken care of. We had ants our first week here coming from the walls.and rats on our balcony. This is disgusting.looking forward to our lease being up. It’s a scam they would do anything to have people stay here cause nobody else wants to.

Avery and Ever were fantastic! Super friendly, welcoming, and kind. I love these events so much and I can’t wait to attend more!

Visited this community and had the pleasure of working with Samantha, she was so helpful and the community is beautiful. The one bedroom is perfect for my needs and can't wait to move in!

Morghan was hands down the best! My visit from touring all the way to approval was pleasant and professional.

This is such a great place to live! Samantha is so delightful and very patient. The staff here has great customer service and is always very helpful.
