4After looking at seven places for mom, we knew this was the one. They graciously showed us around and introduced us to their staff. I mostly appreciate their communication with the care of my mom through Amanda and Bernadette. Rooms are very good size, clean, and the facility has plenty of areas for residents and guests to sit and visit. Linda and Tim the Activities and Events Directors provide many activities daily and take them on fun outings. We couldn’t ask for a better place. Grateful we found them.
The bread and butter staff genuinely care for the residents. The MC coordinator Alma is very hands on and extremely passionate. The roach infestation and lack of professionalism and compassion from the Charge nurse and RCC are what gives this place 1 star from me. I will further state that I am not one to leave negative public reviews. It was a very disheartening experience for me.
