I had the wonderful privilege of meeting Miss Veronica last weekend. What led me to the Gibson was my daughter. She's in the market of looking for a starter and an affordable home for her and her children.

The moment we walked in, Miss Veronica's customer service personality was on full display. Very cordial, friendly, and ready to assist. This was not a scheduled visit. So, she wasn't expecting us.

Any who, I sat to the side with my grandsons while she talked with my daughter.

Other people came in. She acknowledged them as they waited patiently for her. It was a minute y'all. Nonetheless, I was able to help someone while she was still conversing with my daughter.

I observed her patience on full display as well; taking the time to answer all of her & my questions. I was totally impressed. I could discern this wasn't just her doing her job, but that she had a passion for doing what she does (helping people with a friendly demeanor and smile). That went a long way with me so too the point I took an interest in moving there a well.

I came back to tour the interested unit. The property is nice and clean. Well maintained from what I saw. Quiet and orderly as well. Constable courtesy officer on property. Just a little extra security incentive!

Although I have opted out of my application process (unit too small for me) my daughter hopefully will move forward with her process.

Thanks Veronica for making an impressionable and lasting impression

Reuben from maintenance did an awesome job with replacing my thermostat. He stayed late to make sure it worked properly on Sunday evening, and returned Monday morning to make sure it’s still working. I’m happy it’s no longer 80+ degrees inside my apartment and the AC is working again.

Edit to also add Williams from maintenance quickly fixing my garbage disposal in my sink. He was super nice and courteous!

I have the ugliest opinion of the people who work there, because they very kindly played with my family for more than a week, first the application did not allow us to pay then we took the moniorden and even so they entered our application wrong, they never spoke to us clearly and We were not approved but they also did not verify us, I do not know what they base to approve people, thanks to Veronica who was always very kind, I know she is not to blame but I really feel very disappointed by all the bad work.

THANK YOU so much to Williams and Roberto on the Maintenance Team for providing professional workmanship and excellent Tenant care for my service requests! They completed the work in a timely manner and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. I appreciate them for their time and hard work and helping to make an enjoyable living experience here for my family.

They need to bring back Ariana And Miss Maria in the office. These new employees dont care at all about the residents and they dont never return phone calls.

Gibson is GREAT! Residents are the best but unfortunately due to this heat ACs are going out just like in any apartment complex! Been living here for more than a year and you can see how Gibson have changed! Gate close, cameras everywhere, friendly residents, is the best apartments I've ever lived! If you need anything from the office, you just have to go to the right office staff so they can really take care of it! Just because one person have a bad attitude at the office doesnt mean everyone else is! I love Veronica, Andres!

1 star is a lot of appreciation for the mismanagement of the staff that work there, they all handle different information, they don't care about the time when applying, they all lie, they make fun of people, they made me lose almost two weeks for them to tell me that it really isn't I thank God that they didn't approve the application because if that's the case for the beginning I can't imagine living there anymore, don't come here run! They lost my documents, no one knew what was happening. They don't follow up! A lot of protocol for what they really are! A LOT OF MESS

Don’t live here. I have extra charges on my rent at times, I often have to call to get it resolved. Bugs and roaches are everywhere! Infested no matter how clean your apt is or how many times you clean they always come back. Pest control is no help just leaves sticky residue on the floor. Dog poop everywhere you constantly have to be alert of where you step, my pipe under my bathroom sink leaks so all my toiletries are often moist and when maintenance came to check he said “nothing is wrong”. And the office NEVER picks up the phone and when they do says they were “on lunch” for 3 hours. And now my apt has been 76-80 degrees with ac running all day and fans with no help. Annoying to be living here, can’t wait for our lease to be up to leave. I do not recommend. Although props to Veronica she was lovely and helped as much as she could.

This is the first review that I’m posting for this complex, and I decided to because since yesterday August 11th 2023 around 2am I woke up because the A/C was not working…I submitted the request first thing in the morning to have it fixed…. Came back from work at 6: 35pm and A/C still not working…. I cannot sleep…. Is 12: 01am and I cannot sleep because OF THE HEAT! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE! These people are ready just to collect the rent and don’t care about the residents needs.
Honestly I am thinking in moving out as soon my current contract expires.
Another reason why I’m thinking in moving out from this place is because they are charging$74.00 for internet as a MANDATORY FEE and any complex SHOULD NOT DO THIS because the residents are free to select or decide if they want internet service or not and what plan they are willing to pay, like in my case, my monthly plan with Xfinity was $35.00 and now this complex is charging me the double…this is ridiculous. I will definitely move out from here!

Really disappointed like ever! We made the application in their offices 2 weeks ago, we spent approximately 5 hours with all the documents they request, it turns out that after 3 days we did not get a response, we approached to find out how our process was going and what was the surprise. They lost our files completely, we deliver it for the second time. We were always treated by different people with different information, mainly harming us. A week and a half later we approached them and they told us that they did not know what was happening with our case and why they were slow to respond.until they told us that we did not approve the application after telling them that we need a sincere and concrete answer.wasting time, valuable time. Really, everyone told us different things, everything was very bad.

0 stars for this place. I've only been in the apartment for 20 days and I'm already flooded with septic, and even my 9-month-old baby has gotten sick. They force you to put an internet company that charges you triple what a normal service charges and incidentally it is terrible, apart from the internet and cable connections do not work and we have made several claims and the people in charge are very shameless and liars. Honestly, to you who still have a chance, do not rent here. We only have 1 month and we already want to leave.

I’ve been at a year and a couple of months. I love where I live and very quiet and nice. The only problem I have is the roach issue I’ve been dealing with for a while. Both of the maintenance men always on time for any situation that goes on inside and outside of your apartment.
