The Good Feet Store reviews
17Very deceiving sales practices. They sell you the ‘system’ and tell you lifetime adjustments. Then they charge you a $100-150 fee to join there free adjustment club 4 years after initial purchase. The product helped my feet yes, but I could NEVER recommend the Good Feet store
The associate was horrible the insoles do not support my feet and I was mislead I didn’t know there is no refunds until after she ran my card that’s very misleading her name is Summer I will never buy anything else from this store
Brian did such a great job for me today! I have been in constant pain for months, and my doc just told me the next step is surgery. Now today for the first time in a long time I was able to walk without pain! Thank you so much for your help Brian!
This is a scam. I went in thinking I would buy custom arch supports to relieve heel pain. The salesperson tried to pressure me into buying an expensive "system" of inserts ($2000) that would treat my foot problem warning that the arch supports would relieve pain but my foot problem would only get worse if not treated. I questioned how they can sell a system to treat a problem when they don't even know what the problem is and if I continue to have pain I would get a proper diagnosis and treatment from a foot doctor. Believe it or not, although she had no medical training, she tried to tell me she knew what my problem was and this system would help. I can only surmise that she worked on commission because she became angry and rude when I didn't buy her sales pitch. I planned to purchase only the arch supports, but declined because they were $425, non-refundable. They aren't even custom. I can get the same type of supports for under $100 and I can return them. If I go to a foot doctor, custom orthotics would be covered by insurance.
Came in to The Galleria store and Adam helped us out. We should have done this years ago. Maybe we can go dancing!
Very pleasant visit with Summer. I walked out feeling much better, these supports work. They are pricey, but worth it.
After wearing the archs for a week, my right food was in pain and my left foot has a corn growing in tbetween my latst 2 toes. My feet hurt
This was just the fantastic experience that I needed today! Zach is the most knowledgeable person about feet and posture! I will recommend good feet & Zach to my friends!
Zach Teas is so amazing! His customer service, knowledge and ability to help me with knee issues are unmatched. I will be a forever customer!
I was crippled with plantar fasciitis when I walked into The Good Feet Store in 2019. I have worn the products everyday since. I use a set of insets to strengthen during the day, a set for my fitness routines and a set in my slippers to provide continuous support at home. I needed to have an adjustment recently with the supports that strengthen and Zach was superior with his customer service and guidance! Worth every penny spent! I’m one happy customer!
Beware, do not go to this store! Their sales tactics are extremely questionable. I scheduled a consultation and they tried to sell me a “system” for $2,200. When I said “no, ” they were insistent and said, “oh, we have a payment plan, ” “Oh, I would hate for you to lose the benefits of this system, ” “Oh, even a day can make a huge difference, you should start wearing them right away. ” I ended up walking out of there spending $540 on a plastic insole, a “cushion, ” and a “wedge. ” It was almost as if the worker was told: “we will kill you if you let anyone walk out of here without buying something. ” I should have followed my gut instinct and just walked out of there. I did not realize until I got home and saw the receipt that all “sales are final. ” You are better off going to foot solutions where they will actually do a customized insole for you after scanning your foot; they're also a lot cheaper than this place. I’m actually worse off than before I went in there; I had heel pain but now I have heel pain, shin pain, and calf pain. I think it's a sign of a good company that is confident in their product when they don't pressure you to make a purchase instead of insisting that you buy something (especially when it's for medical/health purposes) ; if they knew their product was the best they would be confident that even after seeing other options you would return to them. BEWARE, do not go in there unless you are willing to spend $500-2,200 NON-REFUNDABLE or you are really good walking away even if the salesperson is super insistent.
The arch supports I got weren't really helpful, considering they kept moving in my shoes after I inserted them each time, so they couldn't exactly do what they were supposed to do, supporting my arches. A new pair of shoes with supports built into them was more useful in preventing foot pain. Also, I was supposed to be contacted about my progress with the plan I received, but that hadn't happened. This place felt more like a con considering it cost me a bit over $2,000 for an ineffective plan and ineffective products that can't be refunded.
By wearing the inserts I noticed my posture has improved and neck doesn't hurt as much. I did not expect this but it is most welcome result.
Sales person was nice enough but failed to alert me to the ALL SALES ARE FINAL line in the invoice. I can’t use my inserts due the pain they cause while walking 3 miles per day. I consider you company as a scam and am alerting my friends!
They are way overpriced for non prescribed shelf insoles from a retail clerk. Non Dr. Approved.
About 10 years ago I was having extreme pain after playing tennis. I went to the Good Feet Store based on a friend’s recommendation and I cannot believe that they were able to solve my problem! I can now play tennis with no pain! The product is expensive but it is worth the cost. I now go in once a year to find out if I need anything. These guys are amazing. I was very skeptical at first but I am a believer! Do yourself a favor and spend more than you think that you should need to spend.
I only wore the arch supports for one day and my feet feel better already. I may have to use them once or twice a week to get the full relief I'm looking for, but at my job it's hard to take the time to remove them from my boots. But they have helped me tremendously. Thanks Good Feet store
