Beautiful apartment building and great location! The manager and staff are also very friendly and helpful!

Continued unkept promises is what is making me rank this residence a single star. I was optimistic about new management. The prior management group was AMAZING! Hilltop came in, took away perks that were apart of the selling points. They promised to keep the refrigerator full and stocked. It hasn’t been stocked in weeks and is always empty. Garage doors are constantly incorrectly working. The VP level continues to be condescending and unaware of the issues that are occurring here. Buyer beware! You are better off at The Gallery next door. People have complained about the advisements being placed around and on the front desk. Guess what, they added more ads! This is supposed to be a luxury building! Get it right!

These apartments are amazing! I have had a wonderful experience with the front office staff, as they are super sweet and helpful. Maintenance is also so nice and quickly responsive.

Most definitely a great choice for anyone looking to move!

Since the new management has taken over, the hallways continue to be a mess. We have lost amenity access. There is tacky signage displaying Hilltop Management all over. It’s comical to place flyers looking for a 300 dollar discount if you make a recommendation for someone to live here. You can’t take care of the people that currently live here. Why would we want our friends too? Your websites values include integrity, humility, service, innovation, unity and charitable. Are the "values" on the website there to say you have values at hilltop? Are they just words on a website or does this organization truly here to perform the duties they are promising?

I am utterly furious with the new management at this apartment building. The gates are perpetually malfunctioning, trapping me (and others) inside the parking lot during working hours. The hallways have dog hairballs ALL OVER, and the stairs have a persistent pee odor that makes me question the hygiene and maintenance standards here. Adding insult to injury, dogs are freely swimming in the pool. The lack of professionalism and basic upkeep is beyond unacceptable.

I have been living here for a total of 1.5 years and counting. It's a phenomenal building; when I first toured it, I thought I was in a hotel.

I also want to give a shout out to the new management who have been doing an outstanding job at continuing the great community that the previous management built! I'm really excited for all the new stuff coming to our community.

Another highlight for me has been the friendly atmosphere in the building. I've made some great friends here, which truly adds to the sense of community.

We have been living at the Grand for about 7 months now and we love it here. There is always parking and maintenance responds quickly to requests. Our apartment is very spacious and we love the location!

We've lived in luxury apartment complexes before which I would rate as a 5 star experience, but the Grand at the Domain is on another level from everything including their amazing staff to the community amenities. The leasing, maintenance and concierge teams are absolutely top notch and very pro active. This property should really serve as a template/training on how an apartment complex should be run. We are moving out next month, however, will always look back fondly at our time here. Big thank you to everyone that made living at The Grand at Domain an amazing experience!

I relocated to Austin nearly two years ago, and the initial search for housing was quite frustrating. However, my luck changed when I sought assistance from a city finder who introduced me to the Grand at the Domain. This place is truly exceptional and met all my expectations. The units boast high-end appliances, fixtures, and modern cabinetry. The building itself is remarkably well-designed.

Stephanie, the manager, stands out as exceptional in every way. Her professionalism and personal touch make you feel truly valued. She goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of properly. The entire staff at the Grand is a hardworking, kind, and caring group. They are always on task and ready to assist when needed. If you're in search of an apartment, I highly recommend the Grand at the Domain. I'm extremely happy with my choice.

Management advised they are not responsible for safety, security and accessibility of their residents. Systems are constantly down, leaving garage doors and access doors unusable. They will try to tell you they fix it quickly but you shouldn’t have to deal with these types of issues ever, especially at the rent amount you’re paying. This building was fine when it opened but has gone way downhill since then.

This is a luxury complex with exclusive benefits to tenants. A well mannered, and well dressed to boot, Concierge greets you with the utmost care and professionalism. The staff is equally amazing in sharing the benefits of these beautiful apartment homes. Amenities are top notch with gathering spaces on every floor. The tenants at the Grand have all access to three other gyms and pools with their sister property on opposite corners of the street. Amazing place! Must tour if you’re looking at a move to the Domain. Don’t forget to call your favorite Realtor.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! After, Gary’s departure from The Grand, the community is no longer safe. A dining room table and chairs have been stolen from the lounge and management has done nothing about it. A non-resident who is on drugs and consistently acts irrational with very erratic behavior continues to disturb residents and management has done nothing about it. Packages will be lost/stolen and yet again management has does nothing about it. At this point, I think I’d do better to go live in the jungle.

I’ve lived here for about 9 months and so far the staff has been great to work with. The concierge almost always helps open the door and maintenance staff is always timely and in the BEST mood. I feel that they go out of their way to help me.

There is truly nothing negative I can say about The Grand. The staff is great to work with, and Stephanie is always quick to respond to our concerns.

I have absolutely loved living at The Grand! I recently moved to Austin a few months back and The Grand has managed to make me feel right at home! Very kind residents, incredibly nice staff, and a great atmosphere!

margs, BBQ food truck, etc!)
- The appliances in the apartment (that oven. And I don't even cook!)
- super easy apartment app used to notify residents of activities, packages, etc, and used to submit work tickets
- 3rd floor pool with plenty of lounge space.
- Sometimes UPS will bring your packages to your apartment front door!

I love living here and look forward to more events!

This is by far, the best building to live in the Domain! Renewed our lease twice and about to again for a third time!

The building is beautiful and luxurious, extremely secure, the first building to have a concierge, great staff/management, and a perfect community to live in!

We have several resident events which are great ways to get to know our neighbors.
Gary (our concierge) is the best! Always happy, welcoming, and just very kind! The entire staff is all very friendly!
Management is always there when we need them! The maintenance team is one of the best we have had. They respond immediately to our requests for anything we need taken care of.

Don’t hesitate to check out the Grand if you’re considering moving to the Domain!

The Grand at the Domain is probably the best building I’ve ever lived in. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I would absolutely consider moving at the Grand. You won't be disappointed.
