The Grayson, Spring TX

Hello to all Future Grayson resident's and residents, let me start by saying when I first moved in my apartment it was not ready, our granite was cracked and stained with orange and it never got fix till this day. I would also like to put out there that these apartments are NOT "Luxury" at all, don't be fooled by the looks of the outside.since living here I have seen multiple cars get broken into including mine, I have also seen multiple cars with out tires as well. By the way I had Security cameras near my window facing my vehicles and was told by the manager/assistant manager that I had to remove them because it was not allowed 1 month later I was broken into. The hallways are filthy full of trash stains, the hang out area is always a mess, the pool barley opens, the trash valet is $25 a MONTH and sometimes they won't pick up your trash even if it's tied and no spills. I Would highly not recommend from my experience

The worst place I ever live, expensive all the fees that they add in to bill, is Predatory leasing company, after I return the apartment in perfect condition with a video proof they still bill me for $168 for odorize the apartment, when I most of the time i travel and I do not cook, Noise cars 24 hrs a day, valet trash service that is off when you must need it, people lotting in the parking lot, bad activities during the night

Let me start of by saying that the Grayson over promises and under delivers. Back in January an email was sent out saying and I quote, “ Beginning mid-February (weather permitting) we will begin power washing (sidewalks, breezeway, etc). ” It is mid July now and nothing has been done! There is nothing “luxury” about the Grayson. Make sure to walk your actual unit and not the staged ones before you sign your lease.

Pool tends to be locked on the weekends and you’re lucky to use it on the weekdays if they’re not doing “maintenance “. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve tried grilling by the pool and come to find out it’s locked with a chain.
Yes, there is have another grilling area in the middle of the complex but both grills have not had any propane for a while now. And yes, all these issues have been brought to their attention multiple times.

Only good thing about here is the friendly residents.

Do NOT move here if you don’t want to live next to criminals…especially if you have young children. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.

I been waiting on money from this place for 6 months they sent me a paper saying what I was going to receive never received it everytime I call they ignore the call if you can’t answer for me ik you hardly answer for your residents they just keep giving run around. PLZ I REPEAT PLZ DONT MOVE HERE OR GIVE THE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY THERE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT HERE

The Grayson is a beautiful property and Ashley did amazing on giving us a tour. Although she didnt sit us down and talk pricing nor give us a pamphlet/print out of the floor plans because "everything is online" she did a great job on explaining everything in the model. The area is great as well.

I’ve been living here for a yr now at first it started off rocky but since Ashanti & Brandy started working here I love it here they are always so nice to me & help me with whatever I need help with asap! I renewed my lease for another yr because of them! I don’t wait weeks for maintenance to come anymore they come pretty fast now.

Only con I have is the gate keep being broken two of my center caps were stolen off my car.

Can't trust the Apartment management. Their customer service sucks! The old, the new and the future!

They tell you not to worry about the debt collectors calling but do nothing to help. Ask them for something in writing, they're still setting up their typewriter.
Any chance I try calling, I'm being screened. Call from a different number, 2 minutes after, they will pick right up but DO NOT expect that number to be viable for a month.
Leave a scathing review, they respond and yet, still do absolutely nothing!
Pay your debt, they will respond back with, "well, you didnt have to do that. " "We will go ahead and get this squared away on our end and have them refund you. " Their excuse for not doing it, "well, the program won't let us look at the account. " Wow, really?
They keep making promises and more excuses to not help but then turn around like a child snickering, "these dummies believed me! "

A Deceitful crew and company. You've been warned.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this complex. I’m happy to call it home. The maintenance is efficient and quick and the office staff really care about the residents. Thank you guys!

I HATE THIS APARTMENT! I WISH I NEVER MOVED HERE!

MY APARTMENT IS FULL OF DAMAGE DUE TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER

I HAVE GNATS EVERYWHERE IN MY HOME AND MOLD IN MY HOME

AND I HAVE PROOF AND THEY WANT TO SAY THERES NO GNATS OR MOLD

IM PAYING FOR VALET TRASH
AND I DONT EVEN HAVE A TRASH CAN
AND THEY ALWAYS JUST TELL ME THEY ORDERED THEM!

I LITERALLY HAD CARBON MONOXIDE IN MY HOME AND GOT SICK AND THEY NEVER WANTED TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT CARBON MONOXIDE EVENTHOUGH I BOUGHT A DETECTOR AND IT WILL NOT STOP GOING OFF!

AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF MANAGEMENT

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
