Love this coffee shop. I roast coffee commercially and this place is as legit as it comes. I've even stopped bringing my own coffee with me when I travel to San Angelo because this shop has great coffee.

Jake was so helpful and friendly.
Coffee was hot and delicious.
Will definitely be back again.

Aesthetically, you can’t beat the Grind. What a great place to come work, relax or grab a drink with a friend. Exposed brick and industrial lights are my favorite though so maybe I’m biased The chai is made in house so it’s my go to drink here. The breakfast sandwiches are also delish. They recently put in a cute little coffee house for kids to play in too! Great for entertaining your littles

Just dropped in for plain coffee with heavy whipping cream. Was great. Think I’ll get a refill to go.

Today was absolute chaos and all my wife and I wanted was a 2 vanilla lattes.

We saw this place was just off the loop and thought we’d try our luck.

Turned out pretty lucky! There was a street parking spot in front and no line, but signs the holiday rush had just cleared…for now.

Smelled great, looks up to date in style which is a welcome change, the coffee shop atmosphere we were looking for.

Quick order, made fast, met the owner and had the chance to talk bean roasting, before the masses started moving in. The lure of fresh coffee must have tipped them off.

Perfect cup of coffee for a day like today! Made it better that we went over to the park and took a walk and had coffee since the park was so close.

I see why it gets packed, coffee is soooo good. I know where I’ll be sent for coffee runs from the wife from now on!

Best coffee in Texas! We travel for 6 month's durning the winter and The Grind is one of best we have found.
Service was fantastic and the food so fresh.

The coffee is excellent, but it's really the atmosphere and friendly staff that make this place great.

This is the spot. Came here for a cup of coffee and ended up staying for several and a jalapeño prickly pear cream cheese snack. Apart from the service that brings me back to old school coffee houses in Chicago, the coffee is just GOOD.

The atmosphere was amazing. The coffee up most amazing and the selection was great. Jake helped me pick out a coffee that I love personally.

With a new owner this local coffee shop has revived its place on the top of San Angelo's espresso highlights. Service was friendly and fast, food (coffee cake) was light and perfect for the morning, and the coffee was balanced with a light body.

*old review*;Beware the "this is not fast food" sign. Minus 3 stars for taking literally 1 hour from order time to deliver a single breakfast sandwich. Up 2 stars for the espresso because it was delicious, but hour long wait times for food isn't even normal restaurant speeds. The place was slightly busier, but after 30 minutes there were only 3 tables occupied. We had visited one time before and the wait was only 15 minutes and they forgot one of our items (place was empty at the time). Overall, not a great first nor second impression, so expect to spend at least 15 to 30 minutes for any drinks and upwards of 1 hour for food.

My small life group met here today. Love the food and drink choices. I tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte which was delicious. Tried the Breakfast Sandwich with the English muffin, egg, bacon and pepper jack cheese. Very good!

I love the Grind. It is the best local coffee shop downtown. They deliver with San Angelo To Go and I always get their seasonal coffee’s and a bagel when I don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning. It is also one of the best places to have a quick business meeting with someone who wants to support a local cause. Super pumped to see this place thrive under new ownership. They are fast fresh and friendly just like I like my coffee. Thank you Jake. Get your coffee local!

Shout out to Jake & Nicole for going above and beyond coffee wise during this raining cold weather. They took great care in setting up hot coffee for our hard working valet over at Shannon main hospital. If you haven't went inside their Cafe yet, it's a must need. Comforting atmosphere along with a relaxed setting with great fast service.

Under new management since the last time I was here. WAY more inviting place. I will definitely come back, especially since it is a local business. Got to keep San Angelo local strong!

Went here on my lunch break and was instantly treated warmly by the employees. The atmosphere is very cozy and would be a nice place to hangout. I ordered the homemade apple cider and chicken salad sandwich and both were very delicious. Would definitely recommend.
