Maintenance is usually handled timely and communicated well. Front desk is always helpful. Isaiah always has the answers to my questions.

I have really enjoyed living at the grove! The maintenance request always get done very quickly and I haven’t had any issues with the apartment.

I’m my unit after moving in almost a year ago, the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged, I had gone to the front office at the time to request maintenance because I didn’t at the time know how to do it online. The girl at the desk said she had put in a request, come 3 days later nobody had come by so I then became maintenance and did my best to unclog the drain myself. It has been very slow to drain the whole time I have lived here, most likely from the girl before me. I had yesterday put in for a high priority maintenance request because it had stopped draining all together again, this time however they showed up within 12 hours of me placing the request and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The guys who showed up were very nice and helpful. This was a much better experience than the first time almost a year ago. So thank you!

I love living in the grove! I’ve never had any issues. I feel like if I need something I can get support to what I need.

I love the grove. It’s one of the more affordable apartments I found in Stephenville and the event held at the office make it a community!

Great atmosphere and plenty of giveaways as well as events where they provide fun activities, food, as well as the chance to win groceries! Office Staff & Maintenance are extremely nice and willing to fix issues if they occur.

Staff is very nice, and willing to help in any situation. Their pet screening service for ESA’s and Service Animals is very easy to use and complete. Their maintenance crew was timely, and respectful of our space.

Maintnance takes a while to respond and you will need to be on top of them about urgent requests. The apartment was very dirty, but not as bad as other apartments in the area.

The complex a place I genuinely feel safe at. The office staff and maintenance staff are kind and seem to actually care about residents. They are constantly refreshing the grounds which makes me feel like my rent is being used to benefit residents. As far as the residents themselves, everyone is fairly calm and friendly as well.

Move in was a process, but the maintenance was fast to helping and fixing whatever was wrong. For the most part, it has been a great place to live. I love the events the put on!
