Absolutely the best customer service! I ordered a guitar from TGS for delivery via UPS, and then have every possible thing that could go wrong with a shipment go wrong. None of it the fault of TGS. The customer service rep Brian was all over this trying to get it resolved and keeping me in the loop every step of the way, even outside of their normal working hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase online.

I admit that my music store experiences have been a mixed bag. From moment one Brian and the GS crew have been ON POINT providing the smoothest of the smooth transactions- and although I am not a stickler on shipping speed,
everytime I ordered, it seemed like a few blinks of an eye later I get confirmation, a tracker, and my gear was here lightening quick. No nonsense. The friends I have referred said the same thing.

Just got my ‘83 Strat re-fretted and the job was done better than I could have hoped for and faster than expected too.

Daniel is my go to guitar tech for high end guitars; you get what you pay for. Just had a full re-wire of semi hollow along with fret level and guitar sounds and plays better than it ever has. No further tweeks to setup needed after received; it now rings out great up and down the neck and easier to play with lower action and no more fret out like I had before. Will continue to bring guitars to Daniel for all jobs that are more extensive than just the simple setup adjustments that I handle myself.

I bought a beautiful Taylor. After I got it home and played it I decided that it was not my guitar. So I took it back and accepted the guitar. No questions asked. Then I found another guitar that has the most amazing sound and it’s perfect for me. The next time I’m looking for a guitar I won’t waste time anywhere else. We visited the Sanctuary for an event a few months ago and it was great. I had been contemplating a new 1x12 for some time and really liked the size and of the Suhr cabinets. I needed some advice on which one would be best so sent a text to Guitar Sanctuary. This was so helpful they took the time to explain the differentiation from cabinets, brand and speaker selection. I would have picked a less than perfect sound that I was looking for without their help. I ended up with a Suhr PT 1x12 with the 75 watt cream back. It is terrific and has the sound I was looking for. It arrived the next day in perfect shape. Fast shipping, awesome products and superb customer service.
