I will definitely start with the pros the neighborhood is quiet people mind their business some neighbors are friendly and will spark a convo as well. You can easily get onto 635 and or northwest hwy. The apartments are simple yet comfortable to live in. Noise level is a huge plus here I lived first floor and I've never had to complain about noise. Now that being said I moved from Austin to Dallas 3-4 hr drive, I got to the office signed paperwork and then went to my apartment tired, ready to rest and later unpack. To my surprise roaches everywhere, the apartments weren't well cleaned either and had minor damages around the unit. I shouldn't have had that experience in the first place they didn't do their job in making sure my unit was safe and clean for my move in. They couldn't move me into a new unit and had pest control come in 2 weeks after I had moved in this should have been done prior. A/c didn't work but They were quick however to fix my a/c the next day after. Also
I had paid 900$ EXTRA aside from my security deposit to move into this place that wasn't inspected or worked properly for my move in. Every time I had to speak to someone it was hard to reach them, also the manager is never available but is in the office and hides when requesting for her. I didn't have any issues since then. Now moving wise was fairly easy I left the apartment clean and well maintained it's been 4 months I haven't received my security deposit back also 2 months ago I did go to their office and they stated their systems weren't working and that in June they would be getting ready to send out the security deposits out ect I haven't received anything nor reached out since then. The Hampton on Jupiter is eh if you're in need of a place but they need to inspect the units better for future residents and also to be courteous to their residents and be there for them. I do want to say that one of the guys there I think he's name was Pablo or Pedro he was the one I met the first day i moved in and last day of my move out he attended me nicely and explained everything to me in detail it was just everyone else that was a bit off

TERRIBLE! I have had my car towed 3 times in about a month and a half. And when you go into the office to ask questions they give blank stares and don’t answer questions. The air conditioning doesn’t work during the summer, and when you put in a maintenance request it takes them days to even respond. When they say they “fixed” the problem. It’s only temporary. They have roaches, there’s animal poop everywhere. The hot water doesn’t work all the time so be prepared to take cold showers. Also some of my belongings have came up missing after maintenance has came in to fix problems. My car has been broken into. The office workers are unprofessional and don’t help you.

I don’t recommend people go stay there.the office manager is horrible and staff… I stayed there 2 years before they changed offices manager it was nice after they changed became horrible. I tried to renew my lease contract they said I can’t if i don’t change to another unit I don’t want to move around so I agreed with them to move to the units but I have to wait a month after my lease over because the room wasn’t ready i moved in august 2022 only one year lease contract after I moved in that unit not that long my bathroom top roof leaked and water falls on thr floor noise, dirty we can’t sleep at night I told them many times the don’t really care so till July 1th 2023 I go to office I told them I will move out the end of July because my bathroom leaked we can’t sleep t even take care 30 before I move out we told them I moved out I felt like we don’t deserve to live leaking bathroom noise dirty because I paid my rent on time and sometimes I broke I have to borrow people money and pay my rent on time my lease will be over on august but we moved out on the end of July because my bathroom leaked before I moved out I told them 30 days but they said I have to give them note 60 days I moved out a month early not my fault we just can’t sleep at night and tired to clean up dirty water on the floor but they reported me reports to credit collection I have to pay $2734.90 that a lot money to me every time I renew my lease contract I make deposit i never get back those money I don’t deserve was treated like that, that horrible office manager and he doesn’t do what he suppose to do, many people have experience the same I did whoever owns this property should hire this guy should be disappoint on him will getting worse.this property the reviews will be 0 star I can’t believe he reported me to credit report to pay this amount not even though not my fault to moved out early Oneday he will me someone in court and embarrassing himself

I have been trying to submit maintenance tickets for weeks now. They have not been resolved. Whenever I go into the office I get told to do it online. The online tickets must not get checked because they have not been addressed. Yet rent is expected on time and the maintenance is not.

Just relocated from California and Jennifer and Theresa in the office made it such a breeze! Super helpful! Had a couple little maintenance issues when I first moved into the apartment but they were all fixed and taken care within a day! So happy with the decision to move into this complex!

Update (9/23) : when I first moved to complex everything was great it was super quiet and any questions or issues I had would be answered or dealt with in a timely manner…within this last year everything changed. The place got rundown real quick, beer bottles, cigarettes, trash in the grass and all over the complex all the time. People fighting and yelling in the parking lots. Nobody every answered the phone in the office or returned any messages. Emails with issues I was having with flooding from window kept being passed on to the next person. Took months to get it fixed properly and nobody could Ever give me a direct answer as to why. Air conditioning is awful during the summer. Don’t expect it to go below 83 degrees in your apartment until after 10pm if you’re lucky. And the water and waste bill was ridiculously high! Not sure what happened but just seems the people in the office stopped caring. So glad I was able to get out!

Horrible just HORRIBLE! Just Don’t move in don’t waste your money in these apartments. Definitely NOT WORTH IT. Just know if you do end up here you will be paying tremendous amount of money. Your bills are ridiculous high. You will have roaches everywhere and I mean everywhere around your apartment. Doesn’t matter how clean of a person you are, YOU WILL HAVE THEM EVERYWHERE. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR STUFF IN THE PATIOS AND YOUR CARs CAUSE THEY DO BE BREAKING IN. Ooh and be careful where you step when you go outside because there’s poop everywhere, same as trash. Ooh and their “laundromats” most of them don’t work and they are disgusting.

Where do i start these are some disgusting people. This have absolutely been the worse apartment i have ever lived in in my entire life. I’ll start with the rent. If you’re going to pay upward 1200-1300 dollars because best believe your water bill will make your rent that, you guys could atleast have amenities. Pool will be disgusting and cleaned once a year. My ceiling leaked water for a whole year and was never accommodated. I finally got out the hell hole just to find out that they sent an almost $1500 dollar bill to collections because of a 60 day notice. The scammers didn’t even have enough decency to make me aware of the charges. Despite the fact when i left i was told i was clear. They didn’t even give me a lease renewal before my 60 days. I had to call them and force them to send me one, and was told it wouldn’t affect me because it was their fault they didn’t give me a renewal. But yet I’m being contacted by collections. So unprofessional. My deposit also is no where to be found even though i left the apartment cleaner than when i moved in. They will also paint your tub so expect it to crack and be disgusting by the time you clean it well enough. They deserve 0 stars.

They are over charging for water, never come fixed anything, charging for gas, but can’t keep hot water, air conditioning not cooling, squirrels coming into the ceiling, ceiling still not fixed, dresser not fixed tissue handle not fixed, being using a lamp for the master bathroom.paying to much rent for this not so luxury apartment! My car got towed I didn’t know the sticker on your car was no longer being used, when it comes to rent they will send you a thousand emails and put letter’s on your door, but failed to notify you about new procedures on how register your car… And before you respond back with sorry for the inconvenient and put a work order in, did that already, I’m calling Housing Authority Association! That water is really ridiculous, A 4 bedroom house is cheaper with water!

As you know we have been having 100 degree weather and my air has been consistently going out about 1pm it’s as hot as it it outside inside and no one has been here to service the ac or change the filter I’ve called maintenance 3days in a row then made a request online and went to the office and still nothing then around maybe 2 am it starts to cool down and then as soon as it gets hot outside it’s hot inside as well we shouldn’t have to go through this when we pay rent

The experience of moving here has been really satisfactory from the first contact, NOTHING to do with the apartments where I lived before, I especially thank Brisa for her step-by-step support during the admission process, God bless her SO MUCH, she is very comforting when you meet a person like her and she guides you so professionally. Especially when you are having bitter moments with your old residence.

Overall thanks to The Hamptons on Jupiter for this good experience so far.

The entrance doors have been without service for about 4 months vandalism in the cars there is no security when you dial the office you can never communicate with them they go talk to the manager personally and she never shows her face she is always busy. And they never have time to show their faces, I don't know why they respond that we regret your concerns that please contact them, who never respond to you either by phone call or by mail or personally what kind of service this is for their residents.

I recommend 100 percent this place and specially the costumer service, Very professional at her work and very proud on what she is doing. Very happy with the Manager too.

I've lived here going on 6 years now I have referred someone once before to move in it took 4 month to receive my referral bonus. Now I have referred a family member to move and have been waiting 6 months. The manager Jennifer will not return my calls about this matter. This is getting really old. U want us to refer ppl to move in but don't wait to hold ur end of the deal. The management team is a joke they all need more training

This place don’t care nothing about people! If you plan on begin Hot your whole lease this is the place to be.
Air conditioning issues constantly! These people from the office to the maintenance is terrible. Trust me! FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE.

We moved on December we been here 7months so far we had issue with roaches everywhere, water leaking from the ceiling, it’s been almost a week since they said they will come to fix it. The people in the office are horrible to talk to no problem is solved we have been charged fees for a stuff that u couldn’t imagine. Car got towed one night apparently because we didn’t register it recently, we spoke to neighbors they had no clue we had to register our cars back in March again.
