Everyone needs to understand that if you can physically walk yourself into this place you don't belong there. This place is for people who are true disabled. If you know you have a problem and you can take care of that problem on your own then this is not the place for you. That's why this place is so overwelmed with people who don't belong there. People who know they need help need to go somewhere else.

I had phone interview with Pilar Patrick last week.it went very well. So I asked what would my next steps for hiring be. She assured meI would not have to interview against when I was called the following week for another interview I was confused but being a team player I didn't complain.
I went and bought a nice suit and I have worked in the mental health field over 10+ years so I was confident the interview would go great.everything that could go wrong did even the car I was using broke down so with me being determined to get there I paid 30.00 for a Lyft and I arrived I was 15 minutes late so I was already frantic and stressed but I continued to answer the same exact questions she had asked the prior week however it wasn't until I mentioned that NOBODY was dying of covid in my other hospital so I wasn't nervous about it that she began to talk to me ask if I was crazy.
Last week I was qualified. You're asking the same questions now I'm crazy and you're not asking me about my qualifications but you're talking down to me like I'm a psychopath.
Asking me about my why I quit my job which I a reasonable question but then telling me why I shouldn't have quit my job was not her business and mind u I had told her this the week prior to meeting her and getting into my personal business that had nothing to do with my qualifications for the position and she clearly over stepped her boundaries.
She crossed the line. I have never been so embarrassed or hurt at a interview I literally left in tears. I was humiliated and offended. If this is how she treated me for a interview God bless her clients. I have never in my life been so hurt at a interview ever. I forgive her but that was uncalled for and very unprofessional.she even told me she would give me her churches information as if I need Jesus and I am a child Of God so even that was out of line talking to im a psych patient instead of a actual person applying for a job like a I went for a interview. I didn't know I was signing up for Iyanla Fix my life. This place is unprofessional and she's unprofessional. You're supposed to be helping people not hurting people.
Clearly she's in the wrong field.

Thanks for everything, all of you are very attentive and kind. And the boy that took the vital signs and sang the Happy Birthday and offer a party to my daughter to celebrate her birthday was really nice. Thanks again.

I tried to get help here for depression and I felt much worse. They are overbook and have zero respect for your time, your condition. No privacy, they ask you mental health questions in front of everyone. They asked me for my address out loud. I went twice. Just trying to receive some support. I left both time because of the wait time and extremely poor service.

IF YOU WERE WRONGLY DETAINED I recommend the following:
1) refuse, and document all treatment they offer you
2) find the most expensive malpractice lawyer you know of
3a) sue the institution for illegal incarceration
3b) sue for the cost of of the lawyer

Terrible place with very unprofessional staff, please don't go here. If you don't want to be harassed by the patients who's mental health is more poor, without anybody doing anything about it, then please don't go here.

I called their crisis line because I have been very confused and me and my boyfriend were searching for a place to send me to. I spoke to will. He asked me what was going on and was GENUINELY interested in helping me and put himself in my shoes which is an amazing characteristic. I cannot explain my joy right now. When I thought all hope was lost, he sent me a list of hospitals and also included if I could walk-in or I have to go to the er first. I am not able to do these things easily with my condition. My boyfriend and Will made this possible. Then after that he asked to call back in a few hours to see if I had found a place! He called back and was happy I had found a place and reassured me I could call back anytime. Which was amazing for me, bc I needed to know I had something to fall back on. Amazing service and care! Thank you, thank you, thank you

Was here involuntarily. Was assigned a room and then randomly reassigned to a couch in a busy area with constant conversation and a light that wouldn't turn off. The lack of exposure to nature made things worse. I was given an extra pill and they didn't announce it until I asked about it (trying to bypass informed consent). When I was reassigned to the hospital, I felt great joy.

(These events took place last year, but I just got down to writing an official review. Probably forgot some things and some things I didn't share for the confedentiality of other patients.)

Excellent care two years ago. Being in the hospital is never fun, these people made it bearable.

The staff seem to be very professional. Amazing doctors and social workers. Moreover the only problem is long waiting line.
But other than that everything went really well.

If you are on a serious budget and think Mental Health service is something that would be very valuable to you, than know that this place will really help you out and will not make you suffer to finance there service. However, I'll give you a heads up, the providers and staff there could occasionally talk to you like you are some serious source of mischief, which for me somewhat bothered me.

Had a pretty good experience here. Dr. Flores and Dr.sears are top notch IMO. The CSU unit is very impressive with a very caring staff with the exception of A nurse named Jose. Jose has no compassion and is obviously burnt out. Time for a change.

Worthless. Absolutely worthless. I called this so-called hospital regarding a young woman needing help. I was told to interrogate her to get her psychiatrist's name and number and give them a call. When I asked for a supervisor I was placed on terminal hold and I never got one.

Zero is way too high of a number. Pi negative to past infinity is way too high of a number. If you need to save someone, take them out of state.

All I can say is that they are incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. I went there for help on two different occasions with a decent amount of time in between the visits. On the most recent occasion, the receptionist acted disgustingly towards me and when I tried to complain to a higher-up, the woman basically played dumb. Please don't come here if you need help.

Most of the staff is extremely rude and treat you like a nobody. This is a center made to HELP people and show compaasion and concern for the patients. I habplace e to go to this place, but half the time its just a nightmare. Staff needs some briefing from management on how to better handle patients
