The Hartford, San Antonio TX

One month ago one guy hit my car and their insurance was hartford insurance company. I told them i am moving out of town end of this month and i need my car to be fixed by then. So its been almost a month nobody has call me and when ever i try to reach my adjuster laurie abel, she ignores my call and has never once called me back once. I pretty frustrated and upset with service they provide. I would not recommend anybody this insurance company. I hope by this somebody will contact me.

I’m so frustrated! So I was not at fault the person that was has this insurance and I need a car I’ve been calling none stop my car is in the shop and I’m trying to get Hartford to do a reservation for a car for my family cause we have work and school and they simply don’t answer my car or just hang up on me!

I have been waiting for the Hartford to approve Hyundai buying the parts to fix my car for two weeks now and still waiting. Trying to call them is useless and the email address doesn’t work. I was without a car during the holidays and I need my car.

Update: Hartford has answered my calls and I have taken my car to Jim Bass Collision for repairs. They are waiting on three parts, but I’m sure the cold weather here slowed everything down. I hope to get my car this week. It is February 7th and Jim Bass Collision has had my car since January 18th.

These people are evil and wrong they wanna Help they just wanna take your money.
