Location is at Heart of plano. Elementary school is walking distance.costco, walmart hospitals etc. I liked my stay there.little need to improve in Maintenance activity but I guess they are working on it.

I love the Leasing manager Natalie. She is the most helpful, gracious, professional, caring person. She always makes sure all your needs are met. They give you amazing options! I never wanted to leave! I hope I can move back soon after I recover from cancer. I appreciate Hathaway so much!

Great apartments at a fair price. Amanda in the office helped me when I signed my lease and she was great. Very helpful.

Engaged with Natalie Salazar, but unit 2211 wasn't ready within agreed timeframe. Disappointed by unfulfilled commitment, requested refund. Coordinator's rude response denies refund. Withdrawn application due to unmet promises.

Natalie and Amanda are very nice and do a great job to help with any issues I may have. The location is great and very close to my job. Would highly recommend!

Issue is not yet completed. I have raised issue for lights are not working in kitchen and rust in closet area.
But lights issue only solved. Rust in bedroom closet issue is not yet solved.
Again and again power issue is coming.

Absolutel family atmosphere. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the customer service, clean and welcoming environment inside and outside my townhome. I am new to the area and HIGHLY recommend Hathaway. From start to rent I was treated with respect. I look forward to my new chapter with the Hathaway Team!

Amanda and Natalie are the best. Friendly, they listen and try their best to accomodate the tenants. The apartments are spacious, very nice, and the grounds are kept clean and neat. A beautiful, quiet place to live and close to everything I need. I highly recommend these apartments.

Management just have big NO for any of our requests. Poor management and maintenance, big issue with AC in the apartments and no resolutions, its very difficult and survive to live in summer, room temperature didn’t come down from 82 while its runs forever. When we report always get very nonsense answers.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about The Hathaway at Willow Bend, I have lived at this property for 4 years. Amanda is beyond helpful, always super nice. She has made a big impact since she has joined the Office Team. This property is family friendly and great place to live.

Much improved over the past few months. Repairs to grounds and valet garbage restored. Remaining issue: fining or warnings in lease regarding children playing in parking lot being enforced. The same residents continue to ignore lease repercussions. They wait until the office closed each day. Requests from other residents are ignored as is lease regarding this issue.
Otherwise basically satisfied.

Hathaway is a Great Place to Stay. It’s a Very family and friendly community! The Manager Natalie is very friendly, courteous and concerned about you as as resident.

Very nice place to live, with Nathalie and Amanda my stay was quite good; that solve most of the problems I had. The complex needs to improve the maintenance service and better maintenance of the common areas as the gym that it could be in better condition.

The leasers were very friendly very nice. The neighborhood was very nice. I didn’t mind the children playing outside and no one bothered you and if I had a problem, they took care of the situation on a timely manner

DO NOT come live here! I repeat DO NOT live here, this place giving residents a living & the receptionist have horrible respect for African Americans including the residents! Please save your time & money by not coming no where near here. And as you can see by the picture they do not keep there's complex up to part, how they gone keep the pool by leasing office clean but not the other one that’s more deeper into the apartments? !? !? ! SMH don’t let them pictures fool y'all, this place is horrible!

I nanny for a single father who resides in these apartment/townhomes and lets just say the entire management team and maintenance could and need to do better. He has giant holes under his kitchen and bathroom cabinets downstairs where numerous bugs come through and have to be caught and killed. He has called numerous times regarding this issue due to him having a toddler for them to send out pest control only one time (2 weeks ago) but no one to come seal up the holes (pest control comes out once a week he's asked to be on the list 3xs prior to the visit) His daughter can not play outside on his balcony due to the multiple wasps/hornets that fly around and continue to build nests in his storage closet and under his awning. And taking her to the apartment park is even worse as it is next to an old apartment building that caught fire years ago and still not remodeled but the playground equipment is covered in spiders and webs. Another major issue for anyone would be the fact that his plug ins for his washer and dryer seem to be blown (literal sparks when we tried to plug in) but the office has yet to acknowledge that problem and he has made multiple requests since moving in back in April for maintenance to come out. He has filled out numerous maintenance requests seeking help to the point where the maintenance button was removed from the site and maintenance just rides around all day on golf carts or is parked smoking or working on a vehicle that doesn't belong in the complex. Nothing is being done about this poorly remodeled apartment or its dangers however they are there right on time to threaten & serve him an eviction notice for being about a week late. I understand rent is an agreement made by both parties but maintaining a safe property/complex is also an agreement entered in by both parties and if one is expected to be upheld so should the other!

Apartments are cheap. But only because they are poorly made. Flooring doesn’t reach the trim so there are several places with gaps that let bugs in. When we moved in the door locks were barely hanging on and when we asked them to fix it, they just used longer screws into the drywall. That is a major safety issue in my opinion. Our biggest complaint is that we have asked several times to look at our A/C unit. But they never actually look at the inside unit. We have a two story townhome. We were told it had two full ac units and that was a major selling point for us. So tell my why I am in my apartment right now and it’s 82 degrees and the ac has been running all day. Our last three electricity bills have been $400 and that’s with free nights. When we brought this issue up to the apartment we were told by Natalie that “hot air rises”. Thank you for the science lesson, but we are aware hot air rises. That is an unacceptable answer when someone brings a complaint about the quality of living at your apartment complex. Then she told my husband that we should just call the city. You want us to call the city of Plano instead of doing your job? Absolutely the worst customer service. Lastly we have not had a working microwave and we sent in the request on the 25th of July. My husband went down to the office and was told we would have a microwave installed today. It’s 11pm I am sweating in my apartment and I don’t have a useable microwave. Just be warned they don’t care about their residence. They just want to get you in the apartment and make you pay them for nothing. We will be getting out of here as soon as we can.
