I've lived here for a few years. The new management took over and I've actually seen improvement. The new staff is kind and maintenance is always on top of work orders. I'll definitely be renewing!

These are the WORST apartments I’ve EVER lived in. The office people are horrible and RACIST. My down stairs neighbors has been harassing me and my family since we’ve moved here. They can see us coming up the stairs then next you thing you know the police is at our door for disturbance. And I’ve told the office people they haven’t done ANYTHING about it but give me a lease violation. Won’t except my rent. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. I will be moving and reporting to fair housing!

Edit to add: After moving out we were told they were keeping our deposit and in fact charging us extra for excessive cleaning! We cleaned the apartment before we left so this was infuriating. I called and pretended to be a lawyer and all of the sudden I got back my deposit with no extra cleaning fee charged. Management here will amaze you.

The office is never open and staff very rarely answers. After being enrolled in auto-pay for six months their system glitched and didn't charge me for rent, and despite it being their error they refused to remove the 80$ late fee and said they can't help it if their system messes up and we should not trust the auto-pay system. The maintainance guy is very nice though. Can't wait to leave this place.

We just moved in to the apartments, it’s been 3 weeks and i have come across at least 6 DIFFERENT BUGS. Silverfish, beetle, spider, baby millipede and others i couldn’t identify. I have a 2 month old baby and now I’m paranoid bugs will be crawling on her or even worse bite her.
I tried calling the front office all week and it was impossible to get in touch for them to get some exterminators out here. We are very clean people so i know that we’re not the issue.
The complex is either old or poorly built. A lot of uneven base boards. And the doors are awful which is why bugs are probably getting in. There is like half a centimeter of space between the door and the frame. The complex would have potential if they put money into fixing up the place and sealing off openings or coaxing it better would help.
Wish we would’ve paid attention to details like that. Now we know what to look for.
We Will make the best of our time here for the next year. But definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I applied for an apartment and paid a deposit. I decided to move to another city. I called to check on the status of my deposit & the manager told me she did the paperwork late & it would be in the following Friday. I called that Friday & I was told the same story. Every week it's the same story it will be in on Friday. It has been over a month. Be aware of applying here. There is no reason it should take over a month to return a deposit

STAY AWAY! You can find better apartments that aren’t roach infested and that actually have management that take care of problems. I lived here the last 2 years and through out that time I’ve seen multiple different managers multiple company’s that come in under “new management” they give you the run around, nobody’s ever in the office, everytime you try and call the office it just constantly rings, doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone there. They use to have an online portal to pay your rent but it hasn’t worked in the last 12 months. They tack on extra charges, they screw up your water bill, you don’t get one for 3 months & then they want to back charge you for their mistake.you go into the office to ask for your balance to get the correct amount for the money order and they say “idk just pay whatever you paid last month” very unprofessional staff. They tried accusing me for having a pet and charge me for damages to the carpet and when I ask for proof they send me pictures of stains on the bottom side of the carpet after they ripped it up.
(It was not new carpet when I moved in)

All in all if you do live here make sure you document EVERYTHING take pictures and names of staff because they will keep your deposit & try to collect for the billing mistakes THEY made.

Stay away from this place. Apartment are not in good shape. They promised to return full deposit but they returned only 65% of it. Later we received collection debt that we owed 213$ dollars to management company even we paid everything on time with our bills and utilities. So, they have some schemes here and when you need to prove that you paid on time they system is down. These apartments are not responsible for their words and for your “future debt collector’s charges”. We are very disappointed and unsatisfied. You can always find better place with fair people and managers. Stay away and you will be more happy in this life.
