Horrible experience lived there for 2 years management is horrible. We told them of a roach problem and they did not do anything about it. Then come to find out when we leave they charge us for roach issues. Not only that they are rude and don't let the smiles and kindness in the beginning fool you. It goes away real quick. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Lived here for years with my daughter and we love it! Very cozy spot, great location and the staff is amazing! Maintenance and front office are always responsive. I was skeptical about this place when reading the reviews too, but I’m so glad I took a chance on this hidden gem! I haven’t seen a single roach or any bug for that matter in my apartment in my 3 years of living here and when I had a wasps nest above my patio door, I notified the lady’s in the office and pest control was here that next day! Of course they’re not luxury living and the property is older, but I knew that when applying. If you’re the “high maintenance” type then this place
isn’t for you, but if you’re looking for an affordable, safe and reliable place I definitely recommend!

Do not recommend. The apartment was dirty when I moved in. I spent several hours cleaning the grim that seemed to be everywhere. When I vacuumed the carpet, the vacuum filled with hair and dirt. The kitchen and bathroom cupboard doors are in bad shape & have bad rough edges. Despite paying a monthly pest control fee, there are roaches, etc. There is hardly any grass, just mostly dirt that turns to mud when it rains.

My friend moved in with a welcome committee of roaches. They were EVERYWHERE. The walls, the countertops, and even in the fridge. Unless you like partying with roaches I'd stay away!

FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THE VERIFICATION SITE DOESN'T WORK. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. I'm glad that Alandra helped with my concern about the apartments verification site it turns out everyone was having the exact same problem. UPDATE THE MANAGEMENT GIVES THE TENANT TWO OPTIONS FOR INTERNET BUT WHEN AT&T COME OVER IT TURNS OUT AUTOMATICALLY THAT I MYSELF CAN'T GET INTERNET BECAUSE THE SPECIFIC APARTMENT WASN'T BUILT WITH THE PROPER WIRING. WOW. GOD FORBID THAT THE WIRING DOESN'T CATCH. MY APARTMENT HAS NO POWER AT ALL I DON'T KNOW WHY

I currently live here and it has been a great place to live. I'm actually getting ready to move into another apartment here because I want a washer/dryer. I have had no problems with front office, maintenance or neighbors.

Came here 3 times with my wife in hoping to start our lives over in San Antonio in a rather nice neighborhood. First time we came in we were given a quote for a 2 bed 2 bath. Set up a schedule to look at an available 2 bed 2 bath but couldn't get the tour because of bad weather. Between that appointment and last week I was trying to finish my application but wouldn't let me go past step 7. I called, e-mailed, and left a voice mail to which I never heard anything back. Finally it's the third time out there, wasted my gas to go there only to be told there are no available 2 bed 2 bath apartments available. I explained how I tried to make contact with someone over there and the young lady told me there's only 2 of them working. So one of them can't answer calls or do any kind of communication with possible future renters? While I'm talking to her she keeps walking away from me and leaves me high and dry with no regards for any available apartment. And yet there's still 6 2 bed 2 bath apartments available. It's a very nice apartment complex that I know I would love to live in but the communication and disregard is 2 thumbs down. You guys really really disappointed me.

My Son and his lady live here and while visiting, I found it to be a pretty nice looking place. Seems kept up as my Son's apartment is pretty nice!
