The Home Depot, Houston TX

Curbside pick up was a 10 minute Wait. Which is about 55 minutes quicker than Lowes and a lot friendlier and all pieces were correct.

Thanks to home depot I can rest on waters. Knowing there is a lack of waters at any stores during this droit.

It's a pretty decent store to fix up your house and you can even pay them to do the labor that have everything you will ever need in your house but you might come out with a lil extra

The homedepot was virtually empty and the few that were there, made sure to avoid isle crowding with the virus going around.

No associate to be found, when I did find some they were in groups talking and not attempting to try to help. I walked in at 12 and walked out at 12: 30 and I only went for a toilet handle.positive side Ms Deedee front cash register was very sweet, it's sad to see Home Depot like this being a formal employee and another store. I saw alot of money lost in just the 30 mins, very sad.better customer service please and more assistance on the floor instead of in groups or walking the parking lot (shrinkage)

Awesome and friendly staff, greeted at the entrance and acknowledged throughout the store. Gerardo in lumber was super helpful and went the extra mile in making sure I got what I need.

If you are NOt Mexican do NOt shop in this store. They are NOt African American friendly. We were treated with such disregard and disrespect unlike anything I've ever encountered in 59yrs of being a black Man. A Sales clerk by the name of Brenda Godinez was the sales clerk's name. I will be in touch with their cooperate office on monday morning. This happened on 5-18-2019 check store cameras in flooring dept between 6 and 7pm. We will be the 2 black people she literally blew off. Can't help but think Home Depot doesn't need African American people's money.

I work all over the Houston area and go in different homedepts daily. This is the worst one i ever been in. Its always so dirty and unorganized. Lumber laying all over the place. And dont even think about going to the restroom.

With all the employees they have working it is always so hard to get help. After asking for help several times and Waiting around for at least 15 minutes we decided to leave. Thanks to Lowe's we were able to get what we needed.

The worst Home Depot I've ever done to. Terrible customer service. The workers don't know what they're doing and act like they don't care, managers included!

This Home Depot sports a simile looks to its other locations. We came here looking for some impact gloves, c clamps, piping supports and a thin electrical connector.

We found everything but the electrical connection shown below.

The staff was friendly, and helpful.

The check out people are nice and fast, the problem is their is only two, so the line is long, and there is really no help, the workers walk around if you can find one and the place is a mess needs to be more organized and more in stock, I believe their managers need to do their job

Today's Vista to HD was very pleasant. Plenty of parking. Had everything I needed at a price I wanted to pay. All servered up by the friendly HD associates.

This location runs out of sale items fast. Don't rely on this place having your sale items in stock.

Great customer service. They're getting better. It's not hard anymore to find an associate for assistance.

Employees see you waiting for help and they just keep on talking to other employees don't ask if you need assistance.

Always research b 4 u shop. Not being disrespectful, just honesty. Home depot does have a very good selection of anything of building supplies.

Store is great just in a bad area was walking in while a man was stealing a ac and employee writing down his plates

You had to check your own self out, no cashier's, I don't get payed to do that or get a discount for it either.
