The Home Depot reviews
16Really great deals on tools and bundles. The staff here are very friendly. This location is also well kept and has very clean bathrooms.
Wifey ordered 60 bags of soil.the guys were teally nice helping me load up the truck. Lets see if wifey will unload!:)
No help whatsoever. Asked the different employees where coveralls were located. Two states they were busy but would send someone to help and the third sent me in the completely wrong direction.
Had to go to the customer service desk after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to help me. Most of the workers were just standing around on chill or wandering the store bored.
If the workers don't want to be at work, don't force them to work. Send them home and get people who want to work.
Self-checkout was a joke. Three women that had zero customer service skills, rude, and sassy. When I signaled for help, they simply walked away.
Home depot is one of my favorite stores. Friendly people who help find what ur looking for. Great customer service!
After being told that they “were unable to cut a 4 by 4 that is 12 ft long” by an obese black woman employee, we called and came back an hour later only two have our same board cut by the exact equipment the previous employee said was unable to cut the board. WASTE OF TIME!
Great experience! Francisco helped me a lot, he was great and attentive making sure I was getting the right product for my project, got home, project went amazing! I have been in others Home Depot but is not close compared to this store! I’ll definitely come back to this store!:)
Big THANK YOU to Lizzy in Garden Center. She really took time out of her time to help me find yard treatment over the phone. Great staff! Super helpful.
Went to get some topsoil. There were only two bags, and two full palettes above. The only employee in the garden area said ‘I’m only a cashier, I don’t know when anyone can come help you get those down. ’ After 15 minutes, we left, when I attempted to call to speak with a manager a little later, I hung up after 10 minutes on hold without having yet spoke with a human. For a store that prides themselves on being so helpful (literally in their slogan), this location is miserably failing. Spent my time writing this so you don’t waste yours there.
Bad service on rental tools, charge me 50 dollars for cleaning a machine was clean, only because don’t looks clean, I never coming back to rent with this can a people
I went there to rent an equipment that I'm fully aware of using.the young guy there started arguing that I don't know what I'm doing and suggested a completely different machine that won't do the job. I insisted and got it anyway. I came back next morning to rent another blade for my machine and the young black lady was super rude and unprofessional.she almost kicked me out of the store.thanks home depot
I spend $50k a year here and I am delighted to continue doing so because they have top notch employees like Ernie and Al and the ladies in tool rental. They are friendly good people which makes me happy
This Home Depot particularly had a very nice staff, was well stocked and put together. Had everything J needed in one spot.
One week after I purchased a refrigerator it went on sale.
I went to get a price match and was told by manager over the phone to come back in the morning and request the price match from the dept head.
Next morning I was told by the dept head and by another manager that no way that could be done.
After insisting, the manager called their corporate/customer 800 number and magically the price match was honored. The call was professionally handled as if it is a reasonable and standard request without any hassles.
Very disappointed in my local HD.
Never enough cashiers. Every week, same issue. One of the registers closed while there were about 25 people waiting. Blows my mind.
*Seriously? *
Is there really a justification for under 5 Stars? But, wow, falling under 4 needs attention!
There are approximately 4 other Home Depots within 15 minutes & since I had to mention the same demeanor & process of a certain Hispanic girl at the Self Check Out, this time I'll leave a memory for any manager who doesn't value their 4 Star customer evaluation or why it's assumed the customers don't write their paycheck! Lol, and if they didn't assume their Self Check Out needed touchy touchy, grab the bar scanner from your hand & place the change in the hand which held the Scanner, they'd get a 5 STAR for something all other Retailers knew from English definitions. Many things such as cold drinks aren't price stamped & maybe someone might read the price at the screen after scanned, which this girls activity will hinder. Thanks!
Now, I hope there are no assumptions I'll take my time out to mention this location in the slightest.
