The Home Depot, Mesquite TX

I shop at a lot of home depot's. The 2, I can find everything I need at are balch springs, tx an mesquite, tx. Employees are knowledgeable of their work areas. Outside of their comfort zone they will locate someone who can help.

Other locations such as any home depot's in ftw, tx, they need to have some retraining done. I get from employees out in ftw stores, I'm on break, or my favorite, Not my dept, but I will get you someone. They turn the corner an never seen again.

If you want great service go to balch springs or mesquite

7/7/2021 This is probably the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been too. Associates too busy on their phones: So called “Managers” who won’t help anybody.

I asked a store attendant who was working in front of the mosquito control area if they had any other mosquito control products in the store. He just replied NO. While walking toward the counter to pay, I saw a whole section of mosquito control products ON ONE OF THE MAIN ISLES and I found what I was looking for!

Swell the stud finders a neumann could handle and not a single Pipe fitter accosted my lover Shelby in the check out line. He just walked right bye in broads and Gods Day lite.

I had a plumbing assoc try and tell me three-inch outlet was the same as a two-inch outlet. Geez!

I love this Home Depot. They always have what i need and then some. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This Home Depot was great. I usually go to Lowe’s but I think I will make the switch. When I went to go buy a new garbage disposal they had plenty in stock. I did not have the best of luck when going to Lowe’s. I know I am only comparing one item but the fact that there were non in stock at Lowe’s and Home Depot had multiple brand and with plenty of each one in stock. They are the greater choice. Not to mention the great customer service.

Poor customer service. Employee standing around in willing to help. On cashier in the whole store working. Very poor quality.

Lady in paint section was not only rude to my husband and I, but to a man needing help for tape.

Hone Depot has great stuff and great service! Three associates helped me with what I need to know! Keep it up Home Depot!

This place is great and all but as I guest I've seen multiple times how management treat their associates. This is deplorable behavior, that should be fix by corporate. Treat people with respect they deserve. Wont be going to this place again.

Easy to work with. They have been very helpful on projects. Return policy is pretty good. 1,000 times better than Walmart. Employees have a good attitude and can be very helpful.

There's cashier was nice but it was horrible. When I finally got someone to help me, no one knew what I wanted and I still didn't get what I needed.

Ordered new cook top range and new vent hood, to be installed. Then needed to make a change of the vent hood from white to stainless steel. The sales staff was very helpful in making the change. Thanks so much to Rosie and all who helped.

I-bye drill Milwaukee from Home Depot in Mesquite was bothering me so I return they don’t give me money back $107 so be careful guy it’s no good service

The whole store experience was great, busy, big like all box store, but this location particularly, is one of my favorites, customer service is excellent, yes the store is always to crowded, but you can get help from someone that works there. Other locations, it's hard to find help.organized, always clean.

After I was looking puzzled someone readily assisted me and helped to find the proper light fixtures.the cashier was also professional and helpful

I went in the store in Mesquite to get the great deal on charcoal and when I was going out to my car I was wondering how I was going to get it in my car.all of a sudden one of your wonderful employees. Bob Coobin. I'm not sure the last name is right.came up to me and loaded all of those bags in my car! He was so happy to help me that it made my whole day fantastic! Excellent customer service Bob! Home depot is just about one of the greatest places to go and purchase construction tools, products, woods and even cleaning materials. It's a great place to grab quick job site essentials. Almost any city has a Home Depot. There's more than 1 Home Depot in the larger cities so you can always get what you want and it's a it's kind of like an "in-and-out" supply store. You can just go in, get what you need and leave. They accept credit cards as well as offer great sales and discounts. Keep an eye out for the great deals!
