The Home Depot, Houston TX

I usually prefer going to Lowes. Because in my opinion they have a better selection of goods and the staff is very helpful when it have a question. However when it need something quickly I go to HDepot. I needed emergency help repairing an outdoor faucet. There was no one (employee) around in the aisle that could help. The employees were very young and inexperienced. Fortunately a customer answered my questions and helped me find the right part.

This home depot was friendly and helpful. It was the 4th home depot I called to get information on patio door installation. The first 3 either continuously transferred me or disconnected me. One didn't even know that the department they were transferring me to had no staff because the employee didn't come to work until I asked them to check to see if there was a person physically in that department. This home depot was way beyond the others simply by doing what it was supposed to do.

This Home Depot is pretty good. Almost always have what I want in stock and are helpful. The only issue I ever have is when I actually need someone to help they are quite busy. LOL It is not that they are not willing to help, it is just that they are busy helping someone else. You can sometimes wait quite a long time. Anyway it is a good store.

Wants to buy a toolbox for my truck I asked an employee for help because it was on the top shelf. Waited over 10 minutes he said he would be right back just had to go get a forklift to get it off the top shelf. Walk back to the guy that he was on and he was with another customerseemed like it was an imposition to stop helping the customer he was helping to help us when we were the first customer he was supposed to be helping have an attitude when we had to get somebody else involved because we had been waiting over 10 minutes.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, had what I was looking for, and my only complaint is that they wouldn't let me stack my military discount with a coupon that I had.

Curbside service was a joke. I waited for 30 minutes and they never came out. I went inside to get my order and there it was on the shelf. Don't waste your rime with curbside pickup.

This Home Depot sucks. Customer service there is terrible. Its the closest one to my house but I’ll make the extra 15min drive to another one.

Great but over worked staff. Good selection with most prices reasonable. Some issues with items not in their proper place and some mis-priced. Otherwise, always fun for the DIY in all of us.

Not a pleasurable trip could not find anyone to ask for fireplace logs i later found sweet deal at circle k tc jester at louetta. You would think a lumber store would have a good deal on decent firewood

Today I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this home depot location. The store manager Greg, and customer service associate Lashonda took the time out and literally helped me save $3000. Thank you so much for your your grace!

Tools were disorganized, app showed they had eight of what I needed in stock, but they were nowhere to found. No one appeared to be serving the department so I left.

No one wanted to assist me, it was only after I approached a salesperson after being ignored that Mr. P. J.came to the rescue, and saved the day.

Excellent, very helpful staff. Mr. Mike went the distance and got an item down from the very top of the shelves with the electric ladder for me without hesitation, much appreciated!
