Close by in & out even tho there was a long like with the self checkout! Overall good experience.

Today. I.went into.store, so many. Associates on the floor in the other time I would have to hunt someone down great

A good home depot, more outdoor rental equipment, easy parking but hard to get in and out. Busy area, long light at fry road

This is a busy place, usually crowded with limited self checkout.on the bright side they have just about everything you could possibly want

The workers that help me with the plexiglass they were knowledgeable what the cost of the glass they were professional

I have not had any good experiences at this store. The lady’s that direct people pay at the registers to pay are horrible. No one will help you, always hearing they don’t work in this department.
This location and the Little York location should be closed or they need new management. They obviously have no idea what they are doing!

Wasn't sure what we needed by name, but after explaining what we were looking for they were able to help us find what we needed.

A lot of employee in a more training because I asked for something they direct me different direction or they just don't care

Busy store.and it seems to be that no can't stop and help you because they would rather hold conversations with each other.

Was having some plumbing problems and needed some replacement parts. They didn't have what I needed, but Alberto thought out of the box and came up with a solution that hopefully will work.

How awful! I was checked out by a cashier named Jocelyn she was rude and aggressive. She asked me to pick up some vinyl tile boxes because she couldn’t scan the price when I told her it was to heavy she proceeded to say then how are you going to buy it if I can’t scan it. I’m two months pregnant and at risk but I just picked up the boxes to not start an argument. I’m home now and with very bad back and lower abdomen pains. Thanks Home Depot

They told me "the contractor" that I wasn't important! That they don't have to talk to me. This coming from the manager "Frank". Can't get help when you need help at this store. They don't care about the customer! Just getting the money from the customer. They will lie to you just to get you to stop talking to them!

I'm a contractor
7/24/2018 picking up materials for my customer. He was told that all materials where ready. I was told. 8t units out of 90 where avalinle for pick up.
I speak with store manager (Frank) assistant manager (Cedric) was basically told I'm not important, the customer and I when back. They have all units to customer (aftertell me they only had 85 units of the 90.)
Take there time getting our order (commercial)

Horrible customer service over the phone. Each person I spoke with was rude and kept transferring me to different people.

Looking for thermostat and timer for refrigator but found nothing and nobody could tell me anything. I was dissatisfied with the treatment we got. No help from anyone. They all passed it to someone else and would say not my department.

Customer service was wonderful. For each department I had went to there was no hesitation for one of the employees to help to assist me for what I had inquired about. That made my shopping much easier and faster. I feel that there was no time wasted.

No one is ever around to assist always say I do not work in this dept and wait a long time to get help

Can't ever get any help when needed. Whether it be looking for items or loading material. Not to mention employees park in loading zone, so you have to roll your cart down a small hill which is dangerous

I found two ladies that were really helpfull the hostess when I walked in and another lady stocking but as usual ilse whwre blocked for stocking slowed my process
