Home depot needs to employ better employees. When there today I was almost mowed down by a young employee pushing his garden 4 wheel dolly. Not a good feeling.
He almost injured me!

I was looking for a very specific part (toilet seat bolts) and decided to look online to find out if they were even sold separately. The website not only confirmed that that they were in stock it even told me the aisle number and shelf space where I could find them. I wish everyone did this. It would make shopping so much easier.

We had the absolute worst experience with purchasing a washer and dryer at this Home Depot. Instead of a few days to deliver and haul away our old machine, it took several weeks of complete chaos and confusion and additional expenses. The first attempt at delivery we were told by the delivery guys that they couldn't pull out our old unit as they couldn't fit behind it and they left after rescheduling another delivery time approximately a week later. The second delivery attempt went awry as we were told that the haul away was no longer on our ticket/receipt even though we had a copy showing it was and it had been paid for. After those delivery men called their boss and my husband and him argued, they were told to take the old unit. After they looked at the unit and saw it was broken, they said they couldn't take it and abruptly left. That led to many phone calls being passed around from the store to what I assume was the Home Depot customer service line, and being advised of several different processes and what to do - none of which aligned between the store and HQ. Finally, HD sent out a different third party installer after my husband pulled the unit out himself so it was an easy haul away and no hesitation could arise. Unfortunately, those third party installers did not do a good job as we have had to have a handy man out twice to adjust the work the installers did. First, we received notifications on the washer that the water wasn't hooked up properly and come to find out, the original installers put the hot and cold water lines on crossed ($89 to have handy man out that time). Second, squeaking starting on the spin cycle. Another $89 trip out from the Handy man to find out that some of the packing was never removed from the washing machine, which was the cause of the squeaking noise. My washer/dryer FINALLY work properly after several months of issues and additional costs, but this has been the worst purchasing experience of my entire life. Never again will I purchase anything significant from Home Depot.

I was very impressed with their Christmas tree selection and low prices. They cut the bottom and trimmed it for no extra cost. They even loaded it on the car for me. It was very secure and the gentlemen helping were very polite. I will never go to the over priced red and yellow tent place for a tree again.
