Searched every belt in stock for this belt & couldn’t find it. I asked customer service if someone could check the back for this belt & was told “no, because if the app says any quantity of 3 or below means it’s not in stock”.

I bought this pocket juice 20000MAH on august 8th and it stopped working about 2 months later brought it back to the store with a receipt and Germaine the customer service representative left a bad impression for your company. She was not wanting to help me. She was trying to argue with me the whole time. After we’re done she started talking trash behind my back. Not how customer service reps are supposed to acted in any service industry. She needs to get some empathy and self recognition training to be sensative to her customers needs. I even tried to have small talk with her and she was still rude and cold. Will not shop at location 21530 sh 249 Houston tx 77070 ever again. As mentioned before I own Home Depot stock I will be selling to buy Lowe’s stock. Horrible customer experience. Will not recommend any one to shop there.

In the end it was exchanged out for a smaller same price power bank… I just wanted something like it or the same product.

I rented a 24" trencher for 48 hours. The trencher stalled shortly after use due to bad gas previously filled. This should not have been an issue had the device had an in-line fuel filter. People can accidently use old gas, and that happens. We managed around that.

Then, later that day, the front chain wheel bearing failed. It would not take grease attempted to apply in the fitting. The chain later slipped off the roller, appearanttly due to a failed bearing. We reinstalled the chain twice before noting the failed bearing. These things happen.

When we returned the trencher during the second day of a 48 hour rental, both the clerk and the store manager accused us of fault and didn't even listen to my attempt to resolve by providing us another unit for the 1 day paid and not used. We returned the failed unit washed, oiled and greased.

I'll be filing a complaint with Home Depot about how this was mis-handled while I'm attempting to settle the case with just a single day of use already paid for.

I hope this post causes other customer service people to pay closer attention to their customers

Had to use the app to locate the items I needed. Going to the correct aisle and bay I passed several employees standing among each other and never asked if they could help. This seems to be a SOP from the ppl working there. They won't even look at you. Good thing for the app and it being fairly correct.

I cannot say WORSE things about the Maytag washer we bought (Model #MVWB765FW), our experience with Home Depot, Maytag, and Asurion. My husband and I bought this washer January 4,2021 and about a month after we bought it, we started having issues. For periods at a time (weeks sometimes) we’re unable to change the wash cycle or start the washer. It will power on/off but it will beep and not allow you to change the load or start the cycle. As soon as this happened we submitted a claim. I kid you not, we have probably submitted 10-15 claims since then.just to have someone come out and replace the same part time and time again. This has been going on for 2 years…. Submitting a claim…taking off work to be there for the technician…. Waiting for them to come back with the part to have to take off work again…for (almost) two YEARS now! The technician every time tells us, there’s just nothing else I can do, it’s not repairable then we’ll hear him talking to Maytag on the phone saying “well, just order another part and try again. ” Maytag and Home Depot are multi billion dollar companies and can’t afford to replace a $500 washer? I can imagine they’ve spent that in labor/parts by now. My Husband and I have a baby on the way and can’t continue to go on without being able to wash clothes when we have our child. I could not be more disappointed and frustrated by the way this situation has been handled. I will never buy appliances from Home Depot ever again, nor will I buy a Maytag.

Typical Home Depot, we generally go looking for specific and spend the first 5 to 7 minutes or more finding someone who can assist with locating it. Had to rent equipment also and was surprised how fast and easy it was.

Good home improvement store. Just need more staff and less automation. Five stars once the lack of staffing problems are solved and automation is reduced. Other than that, the place is clean and generally organized ok. Employee that are there are friendly, helpful, and professional.

Just like any other Home Depot as far as what it offers however this one seems to lack employees. The ones that are there are willing to assist but are almost always helping someone else.

Lazy employees. I’m a HD Pro card holder and my card doesn’t swipe right (because I use it almost everyday) Other HDs in the area just type in the number and it’s not a problem but these employees just don’t want to be bothered and say there is nothing they can do.

Shopping carts are in terrible shape. Wheels on all of them are worn down to the hub. Difficult and irritating to push them around.

Home Depot was my go to for all home projects. I guess the pandemic got the best of them. Their customer service has fallen off the charts. Team members no longer ask if they can help you. When you ask them for help, they just point you in a general direction. Upset by this action from an associate, Vanessa, I asked to speak to a manager. She informed me that she was the manager. It looks like the associates are just following the leader. Sad. I will be going to Lowes from now on. I hear their service has gotten much better.

So sick and tired of their website and app telling me they have the exact product I want in stock, only to get there, and find something similar (and subpar and/or more expensive) but NOT the product that belongs in that spot, and I wasted the entire trip. This happens time and time again! Lack of proper inventory control sends me back to Amazon, at least they deliver most things in 2 days and my time is my own to spend on other tasks.

It was so nice to actually have employees approach and ask if I needed help! I am not accustomed to that level of service at big box stores. Great Job Louetta Rd Home Depot in Spring Texas.
