The Home Depot, Dripping Springs TX

Picked up a great Christmas tree. $100 for 10 foot Douglas Fir. It's in great shape and healthy. Can't beat that price anywhere. Gave up on Papa Noel, way overpriced trees there.

The staff is helpful for the most part. My review is based on the fact that I waited 15 mins in the lumber aisle for help after the associate called someone over and no one ever came.

Leslie at the pro desk is racists, and was mad at everything when we finally did get checked out by her. I'll have to go to another store from now on.

Always good shopping experience. Nice that things don't change here much - when you need something, you know right where to find it.

My favorite DIY place to shop.they have everything a lot of the time at a reasonable price.

I placed an order for a deck’s worth of supplies on August 2, delivery scheduled for August 12th. $2,700 worth of lumber and some fasteners. Plenty of time to prepare my order, one would think. However, on the morning of August 12th, as I eagerly awaited my delivery, I received an email that my delivery had been rescheduled for Monday the 15th, after I planned to be done with said deck. Nonplused, I called the store and talked to Zach. I was informed that they couldn’t find anyone to load my delivery onto the truck so… welp…. Zach informed me there was nothing he could do about the delivery, but he could refund my money, wow, thanks (I intoned sardonically). He did that, at least. Anyhow, that’s my tale of the Home Depot deck never built. As a happy coda, my wife and I went to Lowes in SM and bought all the material, plus a couple items I forgot at Home Depot. Went to the Lowes for Pros desk, recanted my story through angry tears. Danny took pity on yours truly and had Zach (a different one than our friend at HDDS) load our order in our rented UHaul. Bonus, we saved $700! So thanks Danny, Zach, and Zach (sarcastically). We now have a beautiful Lowes deck.

Always been able to find what I need here. Employees also seem super nice, customer service over the phone was a breeze.

Horrible place to do any type or shopping for gardens or your home improvement. Go to Ace Hardware or Craig’s in wimberley. Better people, prices and their managers actually do their jobs, unlike Brian And Tiffany. Shame shame shame

If you're coming to this home depot don't expect any help. I am a regular here and never get any help or stand around for 15 minutes waiting for a person to come. The last 2 times I was here I loaded so much lumbar that my cart could barely move. I was dripping in sweat and nobody helped or offered to help even though there were multiple workers around. Even when things were falling off my cart no help nowhere. If I could give less than one star for their customer service [excluding the ladies at the counter who go above and beyond I definitely would].

The place you go to if you aren't bothered by inferior products with just enough products to start a project but not finish.

I just left this home depot. I sat at the order desk for paint for 5 minutes while two people in paint carried on a conversation completely ignoring the fact that I was standing at the order desk.

So I went and picked out my paint myself. Then when I went back to look for a paint stick, again was ignored and there weren't any paint stirrers out to be taken.

The worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Tons of employees standing around and talking or stocking Christmas decorations while customers have to figure things out on their own. Getting anyone to answer any question or help you at all takes forever and they’re usually clueless and not even polite. I just walked out without purchasing any of the Power tools I had in my basket because I was sick and tired of trying to find someone to help me again. I will just order from Amazon from now on.

Well my rating of five stars has not changed and is a matter of fact- i had to shop at a competitors of HD cuz the home owner had a discount card she was using n i found that she wasnt save much w "the discount" card than the regular prices she'd of paid at home depo. So thats it in a nut shell- proof is in the pricing, check it out for yourself n you'll see. Two thumbs up from Cindylu.
