The Home Depot reviews
18I've been doing a small garden project. I've actually ordered on line 3 times for curb side pick up. From the time I place the order online it has always been less than two hours to receive my text that my order is ready for pick up. When I arrive it's been less then 10 minute wait and my order is exactly what I ordered. From 50 lb bags of sand to 50 pound bags of pea gravel always been on point. I recommend this location the staff is professional and curtious. They truly appreciate your business.
I was looking for a bracket to mount my dartboard. The first associate I asked had no idea what I was even talking about. The second associate I asked what's the most helpful she went above and beyond to help me locate what I was looking for even though we didn't find it. The third associate I asked didn't move out of the spot he was in and sent me to look for the piece myself even though I didn't know the layout of the store. The second associate is the only reason I gave them three stars if it hadn't been for her they would have gotten two stars.
Fairly quick checkout. Items in stock. Convenient large parking lot, close to a Whataburger, Wal-Mart super center, other quick food establishments. Bank close too. Easy access from I-35
They've got everything you need to fix things the right way with very competitive prices.
Always like shopping Home Depot. Customer service was exceptional place was clean and people were nice
Easily found everything I needed. Was double billed at checkout, not sure why, but they will hopefully take care of it for me. Transaction numbers in sequence so it was done instantly, only 1 receipt though.
Service at Home Depot is usually first rate, however this time found it difficult to find anyone to assist me. They were not that busy and once I did get someone to help, they could not locate item that internet said they had 7 of the item. Was frustrating on this particular visit.
Didn't have what I needed. Can order online, but why do I have to pick it up at store?
I guess corporate decided to change the temperature in that building and it is way too hot and stuffy. Makes me not want to go shop there because it is very uncomfortable and almost hard to breathe. I couldn’t wait to get out of that store. Don’t plan on coming back.
I went looking for food grade Diatomaceous Earth. They didn't have any they only had the pesticide type.
Open and Spacey the employees are not as friendly as I would have thought for a home Depot and the store was a little cluttered and unorganized
They sell Anderson storm doors but don't have Anderson storm door closures to sell separate if one breaks.
This rating is based on one employee I encountered. Your employee yelled at me, she was very disrespectful and caused a scene that was embarrassing. This happened on aisle 13 at 3pm March 22 at your Bellmead store. She handled the situation unprofessional. I encountered several other employees that were very helpful. She needs another class is customer service. I did not require her help, she engaged by yelling at me. If she needed my attention she needs to learn there are other ways to do so.
I shop at this home Depot several times. On several occasions, including today. The workers have isles blocked off where you can't do shopping. I can understand if they're pulling materials but they'll have a whole aisle blocked off with no one doing any work. When you ask to go down the aisle they tell you you have to wait you can't get what you need. Today I walked out the store not getting anything I needed because I did not have the time for the employees to figure out or to start working. Only thing I needed was a box of Brad nails and I could not get it out of the aisle.smh
It’s 4: 24pm no one in paint sept. They said no one after 4pm. There is 5 of us waiting. They called someone to help. Been over 10 minutes
Worst place to get customer service.stayed waiting for over 30 minutes for assistance in the paint department.
Like any other store. They ignore the customer. We Walked in & There were 3 working standing there leaning on the self checkouts, Just talking. But when we need assistance there No Help at all.
It would be awesome if the people that worked there knew more about the products they sell and where they would be located in the store, and if they would help you load and unload merchandise, instead of standing there watching you.
