The Home Depot, Houston TX

This is an excellent store with hard working employees. Today marked the fifth workshop my daughter and I attended, and it was a huge success. There were so many happy children creating a microscope using hammers, nails, screwdrivers, paint, and their imagination. These FREE workshops, provided by Home Depot once a month, are a fantastic way for parents and children to bond while working on projects together. Home Depot truly embodies the spirit of family, and they take great care of their customers and community.

Always someone here to help you. They have a great selection of ant killers at very reasonable prices.

Walk in to get a couple boxes and only self checkout is open and there's a line all the way across the front of the store to to entrance by customer service, and the 2 lady's your paying to yell that's it's one line over and over again instead of jumping in and managing the situation are why I won't be back.

I like to go to home depot to buy plants, they are at a good price and they have a lot of variety.

Came to rent a table saw at 8 am. Pickup went smoothly, aside from Jesus mentioning that the table saw does not come with the blade changing wrench. This was detailed as an included item on the rental agreement. When I asked about it, he mentioned that "we just list it as a safety precaution. " So be it, I don't think OSHA would approve or the BBB for lying on a contract. When we brought the saw home and started to set it up, I noticed a tension spring or brake of some sort was disconnected. Additionally, the plastic guard was not included with the anti kickback guard. Completely ridiculous.

God is so amazing. Phi, is professional and really helpful. Brother Jordan is ginuwine and very familiar with his department. Home Depot is the spot Houston. Thanks to you all for a pleasant experience.

The very freidly guy who helped me find the correct lumber for my project was very helpful. Thank you, and keep up the good work. This is the first time I had freidly service and help at Home Depot.

Area got so trashy that now is not safe going to this location after 6pm
Too many individuals seating outside " labor workers" really after 6pm? Management should pay attention to this.

Its Home Depot. They likely have some things the smaller hardware stores don't carry, but it can be hard to find someone if you have questions, need assistance of the like. However, if you do find someone, they are generally pretty helpful, at least if you find them in the department they work in.

It's a home depot they had what I needed. I got what I needed and I checked out myself and got out quickly.

To cut through the chase, after an hour or so we were a little confused. We ran into Brenda, and I'm glad we did, she is just what the doctor order! Thanks Brenda!

Home Depot at 11820 Dickinson Rd is the closest one for me to buy all the stuff that I need to fix things around my house very well organized and clean

It was almost 9PM and Giovany on the lumber department went the extra mile to help getting the lumber that was not available on shelves.
He brought down several stacks using the forklift until finding the right materials. Way to go.keep this great attitude of helping people.

My experiences at this location have been okay. The employer seem to be willing to help even if they don't know. It tool me asking a minimum of five people before someone know where aisle sl was.

I went into to get a measure for a cooktop, was told I would get the $69 measure price credited when I purchased the appliance, went back to buy the appliance. I received the appliance now I realized I wasn’t charged for installation and I called the store just to be told they don’t offer installation on the cooktop and I can’t get my $69 back for the measure. I called the installation company and they said I don’t know why they told you that because we install those.

Not my personal first choice. My company uses this store. My experience in this store was exemplary. I don't deal with commercial accts and the cashier was awesome helping get it done.
