The Home Depot, North Richland Hills TX

The store deceives the customers and refuses to make a return without a receipts. I went to the nearest store and they refund me  $130 store credit,   without problem. Below screenshot from The Home Depot App return policy.

Absolutely trash. They are to damn lazy to run registers they will literally allow a line of 15 to wait for 2 self checkouts. Yall are trash and just like Walmart. I hope all you skillless people lose yalls jobs except for the older gentlemen who actually help people. It's so sad they got to pick up younger kids slack as far as customer service. The young girl at counter doesn't know what to do note do any of the other females in here. Can't even show me where safety gear was so I'd be shocked if they even know they have lumber as well. Home depot you need to get it together and train the garbage you have working here it's crazy

They are very friendly all the time. Recently, I bought some bags of heavy cements, strong man Mickey saved my back. Most thankful moment of that that. Thank you Mickey!

You can do it, they can help! Great staff, clean, and they have everything you could need no matter if you are a pro contractor or just a do-it-yourselfer they have it all.

It's home depot what more can I say but I like this one? Particularly because it's clean and the people are very nice and helpful.

Poorly managed Home Depot. While it is understandable to protect high value items from retail theft, it is unacceptable to leave a customer standing in an aisle for 20 minutes after assistance was called out on the intercom. The employees are apparently too busy discussing how their weekend went to assist customers at this location.

I was very surprised to see that this location had many, many available options for lawn mowers. Electric and gas as well as riding mowers. I had been to two other home depots and the stock and the availability were limited. I was able to purchase a new mower at this location and was even asked if I needed help getting it to my car!

We went to check prices and brands for refrigerators, and this has good quality and excellent staff to help you with your decision

Did you know they won't take anything, no returns or credits, without a receipt. Even if you paid with a HomeDepot that you got for Christmas.so now I'm stuck with paint thinner & spray paint that I can't use. All I wanted was a HomeDepot credit

Garden and tool department are a good place to shop. Make sure you scan EACH item separately, because I could not return one item that was not scanned separately.

Shout out to Tristan who grabbed an order picker and got a smoker off the top stock shelf when there was not a forklift driver staffed this morning. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE for the win!

I like Home Depot more than I care to admit, even though this time they didn't have the fans that I was looking for. But they will probably be my first stop for home improvement.

But if you’re ordering trees and stuff for your yard/garden, inspect your deliveries.
It’s not Home Depot’s fault but out of 6 trees I ordered only 1 was right, 1 was good
The rest were cut, broken, had cuttings cut off the bottom, just disappointing.
Thankfully Home Depot manager the return process easy.

Significantly understaffed. Took more than an hour and a half to get a mailbox and pole. Head cashier was most unhelpful.
