The Home Depot, Plano TX

We did a pick up order. They sent email that it was ready. We waited yet another hour then went.
When we got there, they hadnt yet started to pull the order.
They had sent it was ready for pickup over an hour before they started to pull it.

This a very busy Home Depot with little or no help to the customers.several employees standing talking to each other.as far as I can t tell I’m on my own

Ordered a new GE Profile Refrigerator today. Extremely pleased with sales lady who was very knowledgeable and supportive. I give a 10 plus rating to this person!

I am here at least every other day because I'm renovating my house and live across the street. Who doesn't love homie depot.

Went to pick it a paint color for the cabinets and the associate took good care of us in explaining all the intricacies and various paint finishes. We came away quite satisfied with our choice and a few DIY pointers to boot.

Great store with great customer service. I don't recommend using the free assembly or paid assembly option with home delivery. I received a grill recently that was missing screws and other components, would not recommend these types of services.

Needed help didn’t revive it. Called out several times to the employee for help. Nothing. Done coming here for life.

Friendly Staff. Kind of upset they had their inventory messed up and I was not able to find the product I was looking for even though the system said they had a lot of them in stock. Giving a 4 star for them checking the whole store for it.

My favorite store for home improvement items. The lumber must be checked completely. The culls are usually on top of the stack. I really like the Ryobi 18v tools. Have purchased many of them and most of them have lasted me for years with moderate use. The new series with brushless motors are more powerful and energy efficient than the older series so I am upgrading to those every chance I get. Bettering are reasonable priced as well so I have lots of them.

Great place to find what we needed. Would have been nice to have someone help load. They asked us, but no one ever came and it was not busy time.

They didn't have in stock what I went there to get, but the man working the circular saw was very helpful in getting me what I needed for a quick fix for my immediate need.
Plus ordered what I needed from another store.

Great awesome place.not to be confused with 90s TV show Home Improvement. Tim Taylor was always up to something with tools. This place does not have its own lovable Wilson as its neighbor.

It was home Depot. Very helpful when you could find any. Out of stock on one of the things I wanted, but said it was available at another store.

Could find most of the house hold goods equipments gardening stuffs. Staff is very much cooperative.

Really good place some of the employees know their jobs others not so well but the prices are great and the choice is great

Everyone had to say hello to our dogs. We love that they are welcome. In & out in 10 mins with what we needed.

Went for a duplicate key. Service was fast and efficient. But the prices were higher than what ot was a year ago.

Their customer service is way better than Lowe's on any day as are their prices. You can find pretty much whatever you need or someone who can help you figure out where you might. Always well organized and clean.

As a contractor, i dont really care for this location as much, the parking lot is tough to maneuver with a big truck, and could use some repairs. It's always pretty crowded on the weekends, so trips take a bit longer than I'd like.
