The Home Depot, Rowlett TX

Most products actually cost less than the other store. Unfortunately today, I did not find what I was looking for. Maybe it's out of season?

Couldn't handle my order the way that would have been most convient for me but they did get the job done with the discount ciupon I had so it all worked out well. Just need to make an extra trip or two to that store.

Jan 2020 update:
They've totally modernized their checkout system. Their checkout lanes have digital pay and the associates are trained on it, love it!

Also, I returned a cut blind I got from another HD and they took it without any questions. Great service here!

This place has a water service which surprised me. The service was great and the people were very happy in serving. I needed to get in and out to get some fence posts and I was able to get them quickly. The prices were posted and I was able to compare the prices and got what I needed. Great service and great location.

It is very sad and unfortunate to see these things in 2020, I knew from one of the store employees that this has happened several times. Unfortunately, the person who found it is Afroamerican, knowing a little history is enough to know that this means. I hope that this time the home depot take action and identify through the security cameras who is responsible for this so offensive, this can remind us how cruel the human being can be.

Es muy triste y lamentable ver estas cosas en el 2020, supe de uno de los empleados de la tienda que esto ha ocurrido varías ocasiones. Lamentablemente la persona que lo encontró es afroamericana y basta para saber saber un poco de historia para saber que significa esto. Espero que en esta ocasión la oficina corporativa tomen acción y identifiquen por las cámaras de seguridad quién es el responsable de esto tan ofensivo, esto puede recordarnos cuán cruel puede ser el ser humano.

This is no good I spent about 15 minutes and about 10 employees passed and they don't even greet one the service doesn't work

Donald refused to help my wife stated he was too busy, when I asked Donald for his name he grabbed his apron and stretched it out at me and told me again he was too busy to help her. I escalated to a store manager for help and she told me she would help then disappeared, horrible service, going to Rockwall Lowe's from now on.

I spent far too much time and money in this place while fixing up my house, but that's not Home Depot's fault. They were always able to answer my questions and they had everything I needed.

Long time customer. Cheaper to shop here now that I use the app-fewer unplanned purchases! Took my first class on installing flooring here awhile ago. Experienced gentleman was an amazing resource. Class only had 3 people. Very hands-on and personal. Paint staff is helpful, but some have more experience than others. Enjoy SW

Went in for a few pieces of in-stock material. What should have been a quick, 10-minute in and out trip took well over an hour. By the time add'l stock was located, fork lift driver was found, aisles blocked, material put on shelf, unbound, etc. I could have been to another nearby store, bought my merchandise and been home. Especially frustrating, since this is not the first time I've had this happen.

Usually hard to find someone to help. Kevin in the paint department last few times has been very helpful.

I love my local Home Depot! They have everything I need, and usually their website has specific aisle and bay numbers so I can find it quickly. They also allow dogs! I didn't know this until recently. I have a senior dog, so in this Texas heat, she can't go out and walk much. Bringing her (in the AC) for a nice little walk is now one of her favorite things to do. The staff is always super nice, helpful, dog friendly, and efficient in leading me to what I'm looking for.

Nice people, when you can find them, but neither of the two I asked knew what I wanted and a search of their online inventory showed they don't even stock it. Found it quickly at their competitor.

One of the main reasons I prefer Home Depot over Lowe's is because they got so many people to assist you and actually know what they're talking about, soon as you walk in the store there is a employee handing you a cart and asking if they can help you locate an item I know every time I go to Lowe's it's almost like they see you looking for something and they dodge you

This place has wonderful customer service. We came here looking for something to kill the mosquitoes for a backyard BBQ. The employee walked us to the section of the store with the insect repellents and explained each one to us. He did not have to take time to do this for us but he did. The only reason this place is not receiving 5 stars because the checkout line is a jumbled mess.

Very clean and well-organized lots of customer service help got in and out after work very quickly. I like the self-checkout in their stores

My online order was delivered to the store before the scheduled date and store pickup was a breeze.

Most of the staff here is eager to help, and if they don't know, they won't waste your time and will find someone super quick who can help. Good location.

These guys helped me repair a faucet for $13. A couple of plumbers quoted me from $250-700 to repair.

We have been shopping here for about 3 yrs.lately they have bad customer service. We come very often 3 to 4 days out of the week, today bad experience in lighting dept waited 20 min for help then the guy had an attitude wth. Paint dept guy friendly. We shop here because it's close to work.
