Quick checkout, although long lines due to how they are handling COVID19 protocols. People are always helpful. Love everything here, just not enough money to buy it all!

They have a great selection of everything. I love shopping here. It's a clean and organized store. My only problem is getting help. It's hard to find anyone who can help you. I have waited 15 plus minutes for someone to help me or to find someone who is gonna get someone else to help me.

You know what’s ridiculous? When a store is so poorly run that they only have one register & self
checkouts open even when the line literally wraps around the entire damn store. Lowe’s never has this problem! Be glad you carry Makita brand tools or else I’d have zero reasons to ever shop here!

I guess it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I tried to get the attendant to understand that what is posted at the display is not what I was being charged. It was only $1 off, but.it's still a dollar. After I had enough of the blank stare, I just paid the extra dollar and went on with my life.
Dear Home Depot,
I know you're a huge corporation, but for Christ's sake.please do something about your customer service!

Well organised and found a greater variety than some close by competitors in the items we were looking for, incl ladders, surge protectors

They had the storage bins i was looking for. Stopped at 3 others because online said they had 30 but the didnt. This one said low inventory. To my surprise they had 20.

Home Depot has always been reliable and dependable although on occasion I'm unable to find something that I'm looking for, such as today.

No help from employees not even an a acknowledgement that your there. If you looking or need something you have to find it yourself.

This was first time I ordered online and picked up at the store. The locker pickup is pretty cool. Good specials on power tools.

Went here for keys. They paged the key man and hey came quick. They all worked the first go around. No time wasted at all.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. When I order online it is ready in a very short amount of time which is a time saver when running errands and fighting traffic. Even when I shop in store the staff is very helpful.
