The garden area was well stocked with live plants including houseplants, a variety of gardening medium and pots. We came for firewood because we were having difficulty finding it at other stores. They stock firewood year round in the back of the garden area.

Many lights and flood lights have been out of stock for few days. I went there multiple days with no luck. I ended up going to another store to buy the lights as the electrician was waiting for the lights to complete the job. Recently I have found that even though some emplyees are great, many of the employees are not helpful and can't be found. Which is really unfortunate as regardless of Pandamic or not, we the consumers still need help and are not being served as they should.

We had a problem we could not understand with a desk drawer. So, we went to Home Depot for help. We met Jerry DeJulius there who not only knew how to fix the problem, he was kind and thoughful. It made us really comfortable not knowing and relying on his expertise and character. A great experience, and a memorable day at Home Depot.

We go to Home Depot frequently as they are a great resource for any home owners. I especially like going into the garden area in spring to look at or get organic potting soils, vegetables, flowers, and fruit trees. They have swimming pool supplies, filters for our air conditioning unit, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, etc. Prices are very competitive and good quality.

This a pretty bad HD in my opinion. If you need help with an associate good luck trying to find one. Then when you do end up finding one most associates have no clue how to help or where to find the part you might be needing. Tried to call up there one time to see if they carry a part before I decided to force myself to drive up there but the person I was talking to straight up hung up on me while I was talking WTH? !? !

Been shopping here for years but this last visit was great. Enough employees around to ask questions of without hunting someone down and several older experienced guys that could answer my questions.

Lots of products for dyi projects as well as items for contractors. Appliances are also sold here. I was looking for spray foam insulation and this store carries it! Lots of parking, helpful and friendly associates!

Plants really need watering. When I said something they said we won't mark the price of them down. That's not what I was saying. I am telling you they are too dry and half dead.

It's a better place to get my supplies than trying to deal with lows in those none of and those things

This is a great store, with awesome customer service. Their prices are competitive and I love their garden section, with their huge plants variety.
When I went in this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of icecold water! It was so welcoming in this Texas heat!

Service was a bit slow to get a key made. Clerk at checkout was very quick to get us out door but customer service skill could have been better! About what I expect from large box store chain.

Went to buy a bath tub. Took forever to find a store associate to help. He was saying they were sold out because he didn't want to get someone to get the one I saw in the upper racks. He finally got someone to get it down.

The name says it all. Anything from home improvement, gardening, tools, paint, etc.is available. Prices are usually competitive, though sometimes you'll find things cheaper at online retailers - especially when it come to specialty equipment (USB power outlets for example come to mind). The staff is helpful but sometimes hard to get a hold of.

Annoyed! I have visited many Home Depot locations and, as a military wife, they almost always allow me to show a picture of my husband's military ID to get the military discount. (Lowe's only requires his phone number). Today, I visited the Park/DNT location and, not only would they not let me have the discount, but they weren't even nice about it. And I was told the reason was because "people were getting mad about too many people getting discounts. " What? Who is mad that military families get a 10% discount? No one, that is complete BS. To top it off, I asked the cashier if my husband could bring the receipt back later with his ID and she was so obnoxious in her response back to me. She kind of scoffed and said, "what, to get your $1 back? " Referring to the fact that my purchase wasn't that large. Exactly lady, you are getting an angry customer-who is now leaving you a bad review-for $1! So, If $1 isn't worth my time, why is it worth even arguing about in the first place? If $1 is so worthless and insignificant, why would anyone "be upset" about me getting it? I almost asked for the manager to complain about her right then and there, but I decided to deal with it later because I was in a hurry. Dislike this location, will be avoiding it in the future! Go to the Frisco location, they are nice there.
