The Home Depot, Lake Worth TX

Not too crowded, well staffed, well stocked, eager to help. Had some issues with my PTO terraria account but they were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

Tried to buy washing machine. None in stock and 10 day wait. Only one associate in this dept. She was helpful and located one in NRH.

This home depot is always well stocked and staff is helpful. Plus they let me bring in my dogs!

Not bad things we for the most part all marked but like any store you put things out with no tags impulse buys. Friendly Cashier

I have to go to HD 3 to 5 times a week, this issue continues to get worse. No one working to check out with. Hire cashier's so that the lines are not 10 people deep. Many of us are working and don't have time to just stand around. Today I watched a man get tired of waiting and just pushed his cart out loaded with cedar boards without paying.lol.that's what HD gets.

They are more expensive than some places, but I love how they give back to the community through donating to charities and hosting their events for kids and adults to learn and have fun.

Not a comfortable place to shop in the summer due to the lack of AC. All their stores are warm in the summer. They also don't have the selection or pricing of Menards.

I have never had a better experience at a Home Depot's I was helped quickly and professionally and would definitely come back to do more business hear again the employees know where everything is and give precise directions on what aisle things are on and where exactly it is in that aisle

I went to this Home Depot tonight 8/31, more than frustrated! A little SunJoe cordless Lawn Mower had just stopped working on me and I had more than half of my lawn to complete.

The lady in lawn and garden, Lisa K, was so very helpful. Not only did she help me to find a lawn mower to get my lawn completed, but she also helped me load it up in my vehicle. I was nervous that it wouldn't fit in my trunk but Lisa K helped me work it all out!

Paint dept is horrible. They will leave you standing an waiting while they chit chat with customers not about paint

Great selections. By far the best quality paint within a reasonable driving distance, and the employees working the paint center are always very kind to my curious (and often loud-ish) children.

As usual I needed another item to put our new toilet in and I received expert advice in the plumbing department about which valve to replace the old one. Very helpful and problem solved!

Unbelievable. Stop making it hard for me to do business with you. I showed up early, waited in my car until I saw people going in. When I reached the front door at 5: 59 AM, one minute early the guy closed the door right in my face and said “almost”. I’m done with this location in Lake Worth. This is no way to run a business by shutting the door in your Customer’s face.

They need more employees that are walking the floor. I had to walk half the store to find an emplouee to ask a questions.

Good choice of stock. I picked up two different on line orders and both were not what I would have picked out if I was in the store. I ordered 12 x 12 cement pavers. Heavy at 11 lbs each. Both times I got home and they had loaded a couple of chipped stones. Won't do that again. I'll go pick out my own.

Service sucked! My husband is a Marine Corps Veteran and we could not sign up for the veteran discount even with his DD214. Lowe's is awesome we got signed up in a few minutes with his DL and DD214 and we save 10% anytime on any purchases made.

When to White Settlement and Lake Worth stores and both lacked updating there inventory on 10/2 100ft electrical wire. Note to MANAGERS: don't upset the customers when either store said in there data or internet that 3 - 6 are in stock. Waste of damn gas and LOWE'S HAD IT IN STOCK.smh

Alway's able to find what i need. You need to speak with your employees, you have some who are rude and do not want to help the customer if you ask for help they say they don't work in that area and don't get you any help and if there speaking with another employee they don't like being bothered I put the wrong rating i meant to put.a 3 because of the way your employees work

I admit, until recently Home Depot was my alternate for Lowes, but the customer service at Home Depot has gotten better while Lowes has gotten worse. During a recent water heater exchange a fellow in the plumbing department was super helpful, and the water heater turned out to be less than at Lowes.
