The Home Depot, Garland TX

This is nice place to visit for any building, household and engineering materials. Also they are ready to refund your money back to you if you have any issues with items purchased.

Store is still requiring face masks for employees and customers.store was clean and well organized and was asked several times by employees if we needed help they were able to get us exactly what we went in for.

Home Depot, definitely the place to buy anything u may need for home improvement & maintenance.
Came here to buy a new fridge & the lady who assisted us to do this was very kind, patient, & informative on the ref we went to see. All staff wear masks, keep a safe distance, & approach only when needed.
As always this place is busy, so time it when it's not too busy if ur concerned w/ crowded places.

Location: not too visible from the street depending which street ur coming from, but as soon as you see the bright orange, u know where it is.

Parking: large parking area & pick up area

Staff: All wear masks ; r informative & helpful, or will make sure to get u the right person to assist u in what u need.

Cleanliness: fairly clean for a busy place

Today was the worst customer service I've had in home depot. It took nearly an hour to be helped. Then, the at the registry I'm met with 2 surprises. 1- an attitude by the self check out clerk & 2- a higher price than what the helper had shown me. I was so eager to get out that I took their offer of a compromise on the price. Thank you home depot for reminding me have options. Lowes, I hope you do better.

This review is for my last visit only. I went thru the self checkout line and the store associate that was there to " Supposedly" help customers checkout was very rude when asked for help. I go to this store often and rarely have any problems. However, it won't take but one more visit like this one and I'll never be back.

I always end up at Home Depot after not hardly ever finding what I need at other hardware and big box stores. People everywhere asking if they can help me with anything. So not like the other big box stores down the street where they continue chatting it up with each other while we stand patiently by waiting to get a word in to plead for them to help.

This Home Depot is near to my house and I use it for seven years and today I had to return ladders because I got them too tall and i wouldn’t fit on a place that I wanted So I had to return them when I want their on customer service to return them the employer Rodney treated me very bad it was making some comments that I should have rent them instead of buying and he had a very bad attitude Very disappointed

This was the worst Home Depot we have ever been to. Reading through these reviews, it is obvious that these reviews were written by employees. This store was anything but clean, the staff was horribly rude, and we were treated like criminals for not having our customer’s order number. We are Home Depot Pros and conduct our business DAILY with Home Depot and we’re extremely disappointed in this location. We will never return and will happily drive out of our way to visit a different store.

Great place for building supplies, some of the best prices around.lots of supply and options for what you need, can't say I've ever been disappointed over the many.many.many.visits I've had to the store, the employees have always been polite and knowledgeable, helped me as much as they could reasonably had and I am very thankful to them for that.again great experience and I will go back in the future.great place

You can basically find almost anything you want for home improvement or repair at good prices. The staff are helpful in answering questions.

The guys who cut pieces of wood are amazing, Lifesavers. I have to stop myself from getting a plant every single time I go! Sometimes they have trees

Home Depot is a favorite of mine to begin with. I love the openness and the accessibility of great hardware, lumber, tools and the ease and expedience of checkout. This trip was about propane refill for my Bernzomatic torches, which was a quick grab, pay, go. This store is well stocked and ready to rock, complete with garden area which was open on this Sunny Sunday.

I had to wait for 1 hour and 20 min to get 1 pallet of concrete loaded, they only sad: we forgot about you.

I was looking for some Kevlar fiber optics snips (scissors). The staff were very helpful with sending me to every area that they may possibly be in the store. They did not have any, but the staff were helpful with finding every place where the kelvar scissors maybe. Honestly, I did not think that they would have fiber kevlar scissors.

Not one of my favorite locations.the aisles seem to be broken up oddly and it always takes me longer than it should to find what I need.

You know I love it and the people are great! This is a smaller store but great for picking up things quick and if it's very common item if you do need a specific hard-to-find item need to go to one of the bigger stores but this one is fantastic and the people are great as always!

I can find about everything I need for the homeplace in here. And, if I can't find it there's always a helpful happy employee who will help me!

Were there to rent a cargo van and had to wait 28 minutes only to be answered. Very rude and unprofessional personnel

Not enough people working there today but I found what I was looking for. The greeter with the dragonfly tat was super nice and helpful! Gave me some great ideas!

Great selection of DYI parts and accessories for home. Good prices on appliances and the "stuff" needed to install them. Good selection of plants and the "stuff" to plant and maintain them.
