The Hudson, Dallas TX

I moved to Dallas in 2022 and The Hudson was top on the list. No regrets living here and the new MGT has been a true cherry on top. Rodney and Robert truly want the best for their residents and are creating an inclusive atmosphere. Love it here!

I moved back to DFW in 2022 and toured around 15 properties before landing in The Hudson. I've since moved on, but had an excellent experience while living there.

The area, in my opinion, does not get better. There are plenty of things within walking distance including Katy Trail access a block away, Javier's a block and a half away, and Chelsea Corner just across the street. In addition, Rodney and the staff on premise are wonderful and an absolute joy to work with.

Some of the more practical matters: The outdoor pool/grill area are well appropriated and an enjoyable place to host friends. I found the insulation in the place to be good and during the summer months never had an electric bill over $130 (space was ~950SF). The entertaining space on the top floor is a nice gathering spot to host people. Finally, there are between ~100-120 units in the entire building. I enjoyed living in a smaller community of neighbors vs.some of the much larger complexes I've lived in.

Living at The Hudson is fantastic! My boyfriend has been here for years and loves it. I recently moved in, and I'm really happy.

The leasing office team—Robert, Brittany, and Rodney—is AMAZING: friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. They genuinely care about us residents

Maintenance here is great! They promptly address issues and seem to take pride in keeping everything in good condition.

I did a tour over the weekend with RobertAM he was amazing and the amenities of the property are fantastic. Excellent location.ask for Robert hes professional friendly and really loves what he does. Its like I knew him for years and didn't feel like I was being sold on anything:) #Beautiful Property

We lived at the Hudson for two years. The previous management did a solid job. The new company took over for the remaining 3 months of our lease. They are charging outrageous amounts of money for work after move out (even though we did a final inspection walk through together). I would be very cautious if you are interested in living here. Seems like they want to nickel and dime you…

The Hudson apartment complex is hands down the best in the Dallas area. The team, Rodney, Robert and Brittany are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel truly special to be here at the Hudson. The place is always clean and the décor is so fancy. I could go on and on about the pool here because it is so fantastic and the managers do a great job at putting together events for everyone to join in on. All in all the Hudson is incredibly well managed and taken care of. If you are searching around for a new apartment without a doubt put this place at the top of your list.

Been living at The Hudson for 1.5 years and have loved it! The new management staff has been absolutely terrific and extremely helpful.
Their recent resident event was a ton of fun too! I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Lupe works at The Hudson, and he is awesome! Today I had trouble with the parcel lockers, and not only did he recognize me but he was willing to go out of his way to help me.

Lived here for 1.5 years. The location is perfect, management is always quick to respond to anything you need. Amenities are nice and kept clean. Would happily come back to this apartment if I move back to Dallas.

I am usually not one to write a review but I wanted to take a minute and say how much I loved my experience living at The Hudson. It is in the perfect location with a boutique apartment living feel. The finish outs in the apartments are unique and a step up from your typical apartment. The community is great as well as the staff. Service requests were completed in a speedy time frame and the maintenance guys are awesome. They would even go out of their way and kill spiders for me! (Not sure what I would do without them). If you're thinking about moving to The Hudson go see Lupe and Stephanie! They are great and have become friends after my 2 years of living there.

Great place & people! Living here since 6 months and can't complain about a thing - super well managed with a great team. It's always clean, safe, and has everything from pool, gym, business area, bar, free coffee and hangout rooftop area

I loved living at The Hudson. Lupe in the leasing office was amazing! He was always so helpful and very friendly. I have lived in a lot of apartment buildings in Dallas and he has been one of the best! Ramon and Humberto in Maintenance were always quick to help with anything I needed. They were quick and efficient.

The apartments are very spacious and gorgeous. The Hudson has some of the best floor plans in Dallas. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

Terrific building and even more amazing staff! I moved back to Dallas after being away for years. Lupe and the team were so patient and helpful in assisting me with my many questions while i tried to set something up from out of town. They helped me find the best unit for my needs and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my decision. They were also so kind and helpful during the entire application and move-in process. Made moving so easy! The building and amenities are wonderful too. Not to mention, one of the best locations! So far, any issues have been promptly fixed by maintenance and the resident portal makes everything accessible, quick and easy! Highly recommend!
