The Inn at Westover Hills - A 62 and Better Apartment Community, San Antonio TX

I am a former tenant that left. Now with the new management team (Mr. Perez) i have chosen to come back, it's like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere and staff are a 5 star environment. I highly recommend checking them out.

I’m sure it’s a nice place but the rent is way more than my social security check is. If they brought prices down then I think they could have full house.

My mom room has had multiple leaks from other rooms draining into her walls. This has caused black mold to grow through her living area. This is unacceptable and unfit for her to be living in. We are waiting to hear back from the new manager to see if we can move her into a safe room. This is grounds for breaking her contract. We need the management to move quickly to resolve this issue.

This building is approximately 3 years old. My parents have lived here for 2 years. We have had a few small complaints up until now. However, now their air conditioning has been out nearly a month. It has been a HUGE run around. One person says it needs this, another says they are waiting on parts. Two weeks ago, they say it needs freon. Today, my mom was told that the apartment complex "can't afford freon. " They have supplied a small portable unit that only cools the bedroom. While better than nothing, how is this okay?

I've recently moved my grandmother to this location. She's had nothing to say but lovely things! She loves the staff and they're always available to help and answer questions.

Paula is our resident coordinator here at Liv at Westover Hills. She's been very helpful with letting me know about different programs that are available to help us seniors. I also really enjoy the bingo game time she hosts.

Our resident service coordinator, Paula Navarro, is awesome. So helpful with anything we need. She is a gem and we are so fortunate to have her.

My husband and I have lived here since July. We are very disappointed in this property. Although our apartment is nice, we were misled on the safety, cleanliness, and amenities at the complex. We were told that there were many activities provided by the property. However, all the activities that we have observed are put on and paid for by the residents. I could say much more. Instead I am posting some pictures These pictures speak louder than words. We have leased at other senior independent communities in the past. This community is nothing like those although we were led to believe that LIV was the same type of community (safety, cleanliness, many activities provided by the management, etc.). It is not.

I went by the property to get information for my mom, and The assistant manager ignored me. However I was then greeted by the property manager Cynthia, and I had a wonderful experience! Cynthia answered all of my questions and was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I am excited to bring my mother back soon so she can see the property and speak with Ms. Cynthia as well. Excellent customer service will be back soon.

This is my future home, the apartments or very nice and spacious. Shannon is the best leading agent ever. They have door to door garbage pickup, arts n crafts, game night, very nice pool, exercise rm has updated equipment. There is a business area where tenants meet and hangout all very pleasant. If you are looking for a place and you are 62 and older this is the place to go.
