Mandy was kind, personable, and considered multiple things when trying to help with the dosage of pellets and thyroid. I like the detailed attention she gave to figuring her plan of action. I had minimal pain during the injection and she explained her method for minimizing the pain. She also helped explain how some vitamins would help and others wouldn’t or not necessary. Julie went above and beyond to help me and was also very kind.
