The have the worst service i wait 30 min before any one even seated I wish I could give zero Stars

Over priced and not worth it. Received fried dumplings that still had flour on the inside. Not cooked all the way. Customer service can use some work.
For the price you only get a small amount. Not worth it and won’t recommend and won’t be back.

First time here. We are from NYC and have not had a good jerk chicken, my hubby had it and I the BBQ ribs. We loved it! It was yummy, and the pineapple drink was worth it. Hubby had the beef patty and loved it very much so he order another unfortunately the second one was not as yummy. The waitress was a bit slow and disorganized but it was no biggie. I would visit again and they are far from us, we are in Anna.

Ive gone here a few time and tried a few different things here, and its pretty okay. It can be a hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken falls off the bone, but other times not. Rice and peas is not good at all.its very dry and tasteless. The cabbage is pretty good and well seasoned. I wasn't a fan of the curry chicken at all.it was just out right not good what so ever. The oxtails are okay, but not worth the amount charged. Plantains are also not good. They don't use plantains that are ripe enough so when cooked it's burnt outside and underdone inside. Overall, the best thing here is the jerk chicken, bbq jerk chicken and cabbage. Love those

I was very dissatisfied with the food here. The rice was hard and cold. This did not taste like authentic Jamaican food sorry. I know not everyone can cook rice and peas but if you have a restaurant, someone NEEDS to be able to cook the food good. $26 for 2 lunch special. This will never happen again!

Stop by here today for lunch to enjoy a meal while the food was pretty nice the lady at the bar was awful. She had zero social skills and appeared angry. I would hope you guys train your workers better so that you do not lose business due to one of your workers with a bad attitude. Aug. 17

Upon entering-we waited and was not even acknowledged for 15-20 minutes. Finally was seated and ordered. Food was good but served lukewarm! Definetely not worth the price if the food is not going to be served hot!

I lived in Jamaica for a few years, this was a great reminder of the food. Had a patty and some curry goat. Loved it all!

First time trying jerk chicken and they didn't fail me the food was excellent. It was my birthday on Friday so had to try it. The only thing I would recommend is that they did something special for birthdays.

Food is Good, but make sure you get your receipt. They over charged me. I didn’t think about it at the time but once I did the math for the 3 plates I got. It was about 80$ when it should’ve been around 50 something. Probably why they didn’t give me a receipt I was also in a rush to get home and eat lol

The wait for pick-up was twice as long as indicated via phone, but the food was delicious. Well worth the wait.

I relocated from Brooklyn to Dallas. I have been in search of some good we Jamaican food. The island spot came highly recommended by Dallas natives. In NYC there is a Jamaican spot on every corner with great quality food. The food is horrible. We tried the ox tails, jerk chicken and stew chicken. No flavor, over cooked and under portioned. They give you a ice cream scoop of rice and peas (smh). The staff is rude and unprofessional. The food is over priced for the small amount of portions they give you. My family and I have crossed this off of out list. Trust me if you ever visit NYC, Georgia, South Florida or even Arizona try sampling the food there. You will know what your missing. The only positive is that the place is clean and nicely decorated. Avoid this place at all cost. Over priced and not tasty.

The food was mediocre. I paid 17 something (plus tax) for bland jerk chicken, customer service was also poor, the bartender seemed like he didn’t care for his job and I waited in the front for several minutes before anyone approached me. Would not recommend

I placed a online order. When I came to pick up my food they changed the price on all the items I ordered and even left some of the items I paid. So I called the location and a girl answered the phone she said the manager is not available and she couldn't help me correct the incorrect prices this or refund me for the food that they didn't give me. So I call 3 other times to speak to the manager and every time I call the manager's unavailable. I explained to lady that I ordered was over charged and even missing some items and she said she would up her. I'll call back 2 to 3 times to see if anything has been corrected and every time the lady tells me the manager is not there she gets fed up and hangs up in my face because I want the correct price and refund for food I did not get

Rum punch was amazing and you feel it ease up on ya. The jerk chicken was great but I like there curry more.
