Took my husband's bracelet to be repaired and it was done by the next day! They did such a great job, that we couldn't tell that he had been broken before!

I have used this store for the resizing of a ring and found this guy to be quick, efficient and good at what he does. He suggested a way to make the ring I resized better and I appreciated that. I also had appraisals done there recently as he brings in a gemologist periodically from Dallas.

A true artist, will listen to what you are wanting and do his best while informing you about what is realistic and what's not. Great selection, and can fix just about anything.

Stopped in to get a battery for my watch and the work was done almost instantly and with a smile. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop! Reasonable prices too.

We've had rings sized and lots of watch batteries replaced. They must leave a date in the watch because the last battery was free since it "was under warranty "

This place is amazing! Very kind people and they’ve helped us multiple times! They’ve fixed earrings for me a few times and they helped my husband and i get our wedding bands with very short notice! They helped us find what we were looking for and ordered them to be in by the next morning! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I dropped my precious wedding ring off with them and I am so glad I did. I knocked a couple of little diamonds out and needed a better weld on my ring.not only were they lightning fast but my ring looks better now than when I first got it. I definitely will be using them again for all of my jewelry needs.

I personally walked in to get a mineral that I thought was a diamond tested, and the big guy with glasses tried to test it and was not careful enough and drops it on the floor. He doesn’t even bother to help me look for it, and his response was “oops sorry”. This establishment has no regard for the common man and puts themselves first. I regret walking into the store.

Fast and excellent service couple! Used them to adjust the band on a Tissot and replace a battery in a Tag. They had me in and out within a matter of minutes. Will absolutely go back anytime I'm in need of a good shop. Thanks!

Took my wedding ring in to be dipped in white gold and it only lasted little over a week. So disappointing
