All my sessions were less than 5 minutes so I didn’t feel I was getting the most use out of my money. I eventually cancelled at the front desk. Fast forward a month and they attempted to charge my old credit card for another month! Good thing I changed my card number!

All round Terrible experience. Whoever was working the front desk sold me a month of adjustments, which I was open for. But she never once mentioned this was a plan that was reoccurring every month. They teach their front desk very unprofessional sales methods.

And the owner didn’t even ask what was wrong or where I was suffering when it came to the actual adjustment. Just said lay down. Popped my back in like 2 mins and said done.

Love everyone there. They are so nice and comforting. The whole team is so nice and I love going here!

Signed up here. Cust service was horrible & chiropractors did the bare minimum. Went to Coppell and Flower Mnd locations and things were awesome there.

Healed up after about 5 months so I called to cancel, was directed back to this location bc I signed up here.

The lady on the phone, Shea - once she knew I wanted to cancel she was extremely rude. I told her I was going to leave a poor review & she said she didn’t care.

Good business idea here but a horrible customer experience makes $100,000 of marketing & business strategy go to the crapper instantly.

Before going to The Joint in Denton, I had never went to a chiropractor. I was in pain and stiff as board there for the longest time. I finally had enough of the constant pain and stiffness. The guys at The Joint in Denton are phenomenal! Thanks to them, I have been able to move around alot better. And I am more flexible.

I've seen all 3 doctors that work there. They all have different techniques but all equally effective in treatment.

The receptionist, Sierra, is ideal, she is always so positive, energized, and client focused. She takes the time to make each visit a genuine pleasure and something to look forward to, for the next visit.
Everyone on the clinical staff is awesome. They get me in and on a table very promptly, address my concerns by asking questions and listening to my answers.
Treatments are explained and comfort levels assessed, which helps relieve anxiety and apprehension.
The chiropractors position, and apply the preferred technique or combination of techniques to address each area of concern, and request feed back to ensure that I am satisfied.
I am exceptionally please to have become a patient under the care of The Joint team of chiropractors.
