My spouse ended up purchasing a new vehicle & did everything that was needed to be done as far as registering the vehicle. 1 month ago she ended up getting a real license plate to replace the paper plate fast forward today 11/12/2023 she step outside but car is gone (towed). So she call Park & Tow Solutions & they tell her that the car was parked on private property due to car not being registered (which is was) come to find out they towed it due to it having a new license plate (which they claimed was posed to be registered) but if the car is registered period under VIN # make & model, why is it that the car still got towed just because of the new license plate, now we gotta come up wit $300 plus after paying car not & rent money that we don't have to get car back. Me personally I think thes apartments is a scam if I was anyone trying to stay over here I'll pass if I was you because they are dirty & everything is painted over n not fixed correctly. I give these Apartments a 1 star frfr they no good only person get 5 stars is Mr. Miller the maintenance guy

First I want to give these apartments a thumbs down. I requested to have a tour with Tessa E (virtual leasing assistant). I’m not sure if that was her name, but the caucasian lady at the front only showed me 2 pictures off her computer after I scheduled a TOUR to see a two bed room. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, her dull personality matched them dull apartments. I would definitely recommend to find something better!

We had problems with our apartment and Mr Miller showed up and showed out by fixing everything that was a issue.

Our fidge went out and Mr Miller replaced it like hercheles, i couldnt beleve he is that strong.

Save yourself the trouble and do not move here I’ve been having issues since Day 1 the maintenance doesn’t fix anything at all the neighbors are always loud with no kind of consequences for their actions I put in a month ago about my washer not working and no one can seem to get it right let’s not mention when I first moved in I had to cause hell just for me to move into a different apartment because my neighbors was throwing all kind of parties when I was pregnant and I had 2 kids who were in school and they were up all night even on school nights and then my oven didn’t work for like a month so when I moved in my other apartment the water wasn’t working for almost a week and I’m guessing due to leak in the closet where the washer is that’s now not working and then they issue you out all of these fees that just doesn’t make sense I’m fed up and the icing on the cake it’s always new management because I didn’t sign a lease with the Kimberly it was with timber ridge

Update: The Kimberly is also the most Unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my life I told them back in January that I was planking on moving by mama tch I even emailed the Bead informing her of my concerns did she reach out to me NO! DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE LOUD, MAINTENANCE DOESNT FIX ANYTHING, THEY SHOOT GUNS IN THE PARKING LOT ON THE WEEKEND AND THE COMPANY WANTS TO TRY TO CHARGE YOU 2 MONTHS RENT FOR MAKING A BETTER DECISION FOR YOU AND YOUR KIDS BUT IM FINNA REACH OUT TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE YOU GUYS DID NOT EVICT ME I ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME FOR POOR TREATMENT.

Update: I was supposed to here back from Lauren a week ago after she over promised me that she was going to reach out to previous owners of now known as “the Kimberly” apartments regarding my own going issue since they over charged me for my move out mid March but she did exactly what the previous owners did ignored all my call, text and emails and voice mails! Being an owner you would think that these businesses would like to straighten out on going issues but these apartment complexes just like to tell you what you want to hear, over charge you place it on your credit and look the other way

Our apartment had some issues and Mrs Glenda sent Me Miller to repair things and he did jet that. He should get a raise for being so professional.

My air stopped working and they sent the professional Mr Miller White and he had it repaired in no time.
