My experience with viewing the property was exceptional and that was because of Dareius. He was and is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and I appreciated that. I chose the Landing because the floor plan was perfect for me. And Dareius customer service far exceeded anyone from the other properties I viewed in Mansfield.

Dareius makes the experience a great one! He’s always willing to take time out of his day to make sure that each person he’s interacted with still knows he cares even after the lease has been signed. Each month he’s around rather that’s for a friendly wave or to address your concerns right then and there. I see him one day promoting to a bigger position in our community. Dareius Thank You For Keeping Our Community Safe And Always Be Open And Available For Any All Concerns Any Of The Residents Or Visitors Have Had. I really love living here. I have been here for 10 years. Yesenia, Ivy, and Darius are prompt about taking care of any need I have had. The apartments are located in a good area, and does not have the negative energy of a bad neighborhood.

My experience, after 5 months, has been top notch. The staff here has been hospitable and gracious towards me and my needs. Very thankful I chose to live here- shout out to Yesenia Luna, Ivone Walker, Darrius Ross!

Just moved in to the Landings at Mansfield and let me tell you, the community is perfect, The office staff was so welcoming, thank you to Dareius, Ivy and Yesenia for the warm welcome! Definitely a must check out if you are looking for a good place to live!

Ivy was wonderful & so helpful! Had a great tour with her. Answered all my questions & was very professional. She gave several options for me & was so welcoming! Darius couldn’t have been nicer too, this complex feels like home!

6 month update: I really enjoy living here. Place is kid friendly, pool is always clean, & Darius, Ivy, and Yesenia are always great help. They stay on top of maintenance requests & more. The grass stays clean & poop free. I moved from Arlington so this place is a total upgrade.

I just wanted to share our experience renting from this corporation. Also my reasons for the one star. I've rented most of my adult life in three different countries but I have never been through this type of unprofessional conduct.
The word corporation fits since this new management company took over the landing at Mansfield has just been deteriorating.
Not only with the unprofessional treatment of their renters the also overall care of the complex.
The overflow of refuse permeating the air, the dog feces all over the lawn in the bushes etc, the just lack of care regarding their tenants and the common areas.
We opted out early because we found our dream house. We gave them plenty of notice, paid the fine and were happy to set out on our new adventure.
Not one day later (the law has 3 days of delinquent payments) we were served with an eviction notice.
When we went to to ask about this eviction which doesn't make sense since we were already leaving giving our notice. This was very spiteful I believe and not in accordance to any laws.
We were met with rudeness, hostility, sarcasm and just a lack of any humanity.
I warn any renters please do not rent from this facility.

I just wanted to share my thoughts on this rental property. If you are considering renting here DO NOT!
You will be met with garbage spilling out onto the grass, dog poo all over the lawns, the overall facilities are unkempt.
The management staff are highly unpleasant and unprofessional.
I opted out of my lease early paid the fine and gave my notice. One day later an eviction notice was placed inside my apartment on the front door. Perplexed by this I went to the management. I asked about this notice since I was already leaving why was this sent.
The staff claimed it's pocedure when the laws clearly state 3 days delinquent payments. Which there was no delinquent payments since I always pay my rent on time. My lawyer is looking into this for me at this time.
I felt unfairly treated by the management and was met with unprofessional attitude, rudeness and hostility. There seems to be an overall lack of understanding or care when it comes to dealing with tenants.
I have lived all over the world rented in four countries and I honestly have never experienced this treatment before.
This is why I strongly recommend that you read this before renting here.

I had a great experience working with Dareius, from showing me multiple units, to the move in process. He was knowledgeable and accommodating.

The assistant Ivy, was welcoming and knowledgeable as well. She saw me sitting, spoke to me, and was ready to help me right away.

The manager Yesenia made sure that Dareius had everything he needed to get me moved in, along with another family that was terribly late for their appointment. The office team worked so well together.

I look forward to my year here at the Landing at Mansfield and based on my experience I would recommend this community to you.

Dareius is so amazing and helpful.

Staff has been helpful to getting things fixed in the apartment when put on notice.
Maintenance keep the yard clean.

A new company has taken over the complex.
