The Landing at Pinewood Park, Lubbock TX

The worst apartment ive ever lived in. They dont fix anything and the office crew is very rude and lazy. I complained for 8 months about a leak in my carpet and they tried to tell me there was nothing wrong. Until i moved out they found a crack in my floor underneath the carpet in the hallway. I was informed that I wouldn’t be charged for the cleaning and carpet due to it being their mistake but they charged me anyway and took my deposit. I highly dont recommend living here. They deserve to be shut down and put under new management and new property. Disgusting!

These people here are just out to scam anyone do not waste the money this was the most unprofessional setting I've ever had to displeasure of encountering from 98$ application fees to horrible communication from both obese women in there who sound like they struggle just to breathe, save your money and apply somewhere else folks I have no reason to lie to you.

Im sorry but the worst apartment ever. From the time we move in we have issues on top of the other issues. From the noisy fridge that they promise to fix but been how many months no action taken, stove that they said they cannot do anything about it, cockroaches that become part of your family and they dont care. Maintenance said they went to do the spray but the door was lock when in fact its not. AC not working for monts and heater not working in december, toilet sink and flooded bath thub, the ceiling of the bathroom leaking not fix for almost 2 months, toilet clogged not be able to fix for a two weeks. They dont care about their tenants they dont have sense of urgency with these situations. They will say they have other stuff going on that you have to wait and be patient but if you tell them that and not pay ontimr on your bill it will be an issue. We are never late with our payment to make sure there will be no issue. If i only knew that this is the kind of apartment we sign up to i will never sign at first. They wil trick you that you will have a nice place to stay but the moment you start your lease, you will not be able to go to your unit until the first day and when you already see your unit you will not have a way to back out anymore because you already signed. Literally an expectation versus reality moment. Plus the smell of the apartment is very bad, smells marijuana even though none of us is smoking. Very disgusting place.

The roof around 601. My girlfriend lives there, she called me to tell me. An act of God tore the roof off I guess.

Amazing place! Staff is very understanding and work well with their tenants. Nicole is the Best!

Thank you to the whole staff, they are always helpful. When I call to request a work order, they complete it right away.

0 STARS! This place is a DUMP! PEOPLE ARE BEING RUSHED to the hospital due to carbon monoxide! MOLD ALL IN THE WALLS! HOLES ON THE CEILINGS DUE TO LEAKS! AND MANAGEMENT WANT TO CHARGE FOR REPAIRS! EFF THIS PLACE! Leave, or DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ANS MONEY! THW OFFICE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE!

I have nothing but good to say Abt the team that runs the apartments the manager and maintenance team are great they are working hard to make everything better they are nice hard working to make the apartments a better living place.

Read the post they posted on f.b and reviews on this dump. Never even think to rent a apartment at this dump!

My first apartment and worst. My cat got so sick when she lived there. I had a whole in my ceiling they made because of leak and wouldn't fix they said it's still livable even though I couldn't even shower because it was broken. Don't forget all the gun shots. Worst apartments in town. They have black mold.

Awesome place and I love the staff here and great customer service and they answer all of my questions love it here

Very disappointing place to live, very upset with how long it takes them to fix things, been without a working heater or AC for 2 1/2 months now. Yes the provide a space heater vehicles get broken into ect we went one week without no toilets, and the issue keeps happening, avoid this place at all cost

2023, New management is a wonderful dream! Yes the property has it's issues but now they are dealt with in a timely manner. This place has been here a long long time. Easy to communicate with office staff. Maintenance is gettin it

The apartment’s are disgusting they don’t fix anything they have mold in almost every apartment sewage problems roach problems carpet gets wet everytime it rains walls peeling n falling apart everytime it rains place is a DUMP NASTY

I'm so sorry for who ever has to still live in these apartments. I've been here since Oct 2022 this is no joke. People might think because it's a easy move-in no please do not let these people take advantage of you. Since day one I've had issues. It's bad like Really bad to where I've been stressing the issue for 8 months and they don't care. The pictures will tell it all. It took me to call the city out for them to come see my apartment. I also wantd to break my lease so bad but they want me to pay 1,500. Crazy they changed my locks because I told them I'm calling the city and I bet they finally went to my apartment and called the cops to get them out but I still have a lease with them it's still my apt. Please don't waste your money and time there bad heres pictures to show all the stress I've been through for 8 months and still going through it. Trying to add video and pics won't let me but I will keep trying termites and gnats
