I applied for an apartment on 11/27/22 and paid a $100 refundable deposit. The lease application was cancelled and I requested a refund. After many phone calls, empty excuses over 2 months, I finally received a check. During this two month period the office personnel gave me nothing but empty promises that a check was imminent over and over again. When the check was finally ready, I was told to come to the office to pick it up. After obtaining the check and at the bank, I received an em saying the the check was not good and to come back to the office to pick up another check. Waited in the office for 1 ½ hour before the office personnel was available to pass along the new check. Dealing with the staff over the 2 months was a nightmare. Beware!

We lived here from July through November. Loved the staff. Any problems we needed were addressed quickly.
There have great amenities available to their renters.
Pool was always clean.
The package delivery system was one of my favorite things. You're able to pick up any package that fit into the special boxes anytime of day or night.

I love this place! It's an awesome property with great features. I moved away the first time due to cable but that was a mistake. Danica said, "You'll be back" and I am now. Same great people, Keely, Danica, Brooke, Temple and Arthur!

I applied to move in to an apartment here and paid $55 dollars for my application fee and $150 to save the apartment during the verification process x2. Not only did Danica not stay in contact with me through the process, I had to reach out to her every time just to find out if I was approved. Long story short, they stole my $300 and wont return my calls, texts, or emails. For a "luxury apartment" and the price they want for monthly rent, you would think the customer service would be better. So glad I wasn't approved. I would hate to live somewhere where the staff is so unprofessional and untrustworthy.

We’ve lived here since 2020. When it was called the springs this complex was run effectively and never had a single complaint.
Fast forward 2022, for 3 months we’ve had AC issues. They’ve failed to correct the issues and gave us no answers as to why our apt isn’t cooling properly.
WE’RE MOVING OUT AND IT COULDN’T BE SOON ENOUGH!
Do not live here unless you like sleeping in 85 F apt, a dog park that the fence is rusting apart, a pool that isn’t clean properly and much more.

I have lived here for about 3 years and it has consistently gotten worse and worse every year. When I had to transfer the apartment that I transferred to was not move in ready, there were holes in the wall, pantry door cracked, a door that wasn’t unable to close and paint chipping on balcony they’ve known about for a long time (still not fixed) and it took them nearly 2 months to actually address these issues. The key fob to get in to the 24/7 gym for months as well and they keep saying they will fix it. They also will try to take any extra money they can from you with miscellaneous fees so watch for that as well. The dog park is seriously neglected, it’s about 2/3rds just dirt so every time you take your dog to the park expect them to get muddy/dusty, the fencing around the dog park is coming apart and it’s been this way for about 2 years. The maintenance and front desk staff are friendly but the manager is very rude and disrespectful, heaven forbid you have an issue with her she is hard to deal with.thee only pro about this complex is their above and beyond service.

I’ve lived here about a year now and purposefully didn’t want to review for a while until I knew the true feel of the property, the staff, and maintenance.

The property is beautiful- there’s a walking trail inside the gate, a walking trail close by around the hospital, and the grounds are well maintained. Want to clean your car? Have messy kids? They have you covered with a free car wash and industrial vacuum cleaner. Have furbabies? There’s a dog park wash and even a dog washing station!

The staff is incredible- Danica, Keely, Meghan! They are friendly and responsive! They do so much for the residents.

Andrew, their lead maintenance man, is the best. When the batteries are out on your smoke detector or it’s 1000 degrees outside and you wonder why your apartment isn’t as cool as you want it, or there’s something going on that needs attention- Andrew’s your guy! For a small fee, he will even do handyman services for you- mount a tv, install a baby gate, hang curtain rods, he’s got you covered (and with a smile).

I love it here and you will too!

This has been the best apartment in New Braunfels I’ve lived in. Lina took her time to assure I had the home I wanted and was empathetic to my needs. She walked me through all stages as far as moving in and expectations for move out. I stayed here for over a year. The community is peaceful, quite and clean. Parking here is never an issue nor for guest. You do not have to walk long distance from where you parked to your unit. Very convenient. Aside from the usual amenities, Springs at Creekside has a carwash inside the community. Maintenance team is very good at keeping the environment clean, the guys are super respectful and never have to wait long periods when you put in a maintenance order. Erin is very consistent with answering calls or getting back to you. She is very helpful to our needs and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. Megan does an outstanding job! She has handled the pandemic very well. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I lived here for a few months while building a house. I worked from home, and it was pretty quiet during the day and at night. One of the garage doors malfunctioned, and the maintenance staff got it fixed in a timely manner. The office staff was really nice too, and my neighbors. I would live here again if I needed to.

Don’t waste your time, money, or dignity. Let’s just say they are not professional and of course only care about making money off of people. Staff can turnover but the quality of their buildings likely only gets worse over time.

I have lived here 6 months now and in 30 years of renting I have never had such a positive experience. They really do go above and beyond. Every maintenance request I have had has been taken care of immediately and professionally. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The space itself is a great value. I really enjoy living here!

I came across the beautiful apartment complex and everything it had to offer, but when I was greeted by the lady at the front desk “Lina” she came off as rude and sarcastic In the whole process of showing me around. I decided to give it a try and ended up moving in later on. I kept having issues with the front desk staff, they were very unprofessional and when they say I will get back to you about an issue, trust me they will not get back to you until you constantly bother them about it. I’ve had nothing but issues my entire stay. Some issues were resolved, but as for overall, my stay was uncomfortable. I was just waiting for my lease to be over to leave. I want to feel at ease when I am having to pay so much for a place. My advice would be to hire more people to be more attentive to them and stop charging for every little thing. If you see you have a lot of issues of something start mentioning those little details when applying for the apartment and don’t throw a handbook at them later to say it was on there. Be more professional.

Wouldn’t even give this place a one star I’m a current resident and can’t wait to move else where, maintenance team is awesome always polite and respectful! Couldn’t say the same for the rest of the staff. I would not recommend to move here, it’s over priced anyways and you can get more for what you pay for elsewhere.

Love living here. Very energetic and caring staff, always engaged. My apartment is great, and the pool and weight room see a lot of use from me. Would recommend this place to anyone. They really go above and beyond.

So far so good. I’ve been a tenant here for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. The tenants are friendly and the office staff is amazing. Kudos to Erin and Megan! Those ladies go above and beyond customer service. They are friendly, respectful and professional. I am so glad I made the move to Springs at Creekside. You will not be disappointed. And the best part about this complex is that they are pet friendly too.

So Ive been living here for a while now almost two yrs.club house has always been a place to go if you wanted a soda or water or snack.shoot I pay almost a 1000$ a month to live here if I want a soda or two I feel like it’s ok to get a soda or two! Second time this issue has occurred.if
You don’t want us getting drinks from the community refrigerator then put a lock on it and change the title of the club house to (your house)!
