Well I was going to call to get a free consultation but the lady was rude.she answered the phone but proceeded to interrupt me while talking. It then got silent and she asks “ okay so do you want to start”

Even though Ellen's practice doesn't focus on my particular issue, she spent more than enough time offering suggestions and real life examples even though I caught her on the phone unannounced. Try that with any other lawyer at 4PM on a Friday and see what you get, and for no consultation fee either! If you think you have a problem, I wouldn't hesitate to call Ellen today!
