I called to talk to the attorney Marilyn after being referred and I received a call back from Brenda not even an attorney when I asked for Marilyn. She was short and very rude. She rushed me off the phone. Not professional at all!

I asked her to help me with a parent that I would need to sue in order to settle an estate and she referred me to someone else. Only go to her if you have cream puff stuff that she doesnt have to work for.

We have used Marilyn Belew several times for a variety of legal services, and her firm is always professional, responsive to questions, and do a great job. We have been very happy and will gladly use her firm again, if needed, in the future.

I needed a simple probate issue resolved for my real estate client who was already under contract. 17 days later after numerous messages left, Marilyn told us the judge was on vacation, and when they returned she was going on vacation. VALUABLE time lost. Terrible communication. Not sure if she's overloaded, incompetent, or indifferent.

Mr Paul Belew was assigned to me as a public defender. He told me what to expect with my situation, and the way he said it is turned out to be exactly the way he said it would be. He did everything he said he would do and it all worked out in my favor. He is competent and efficient and he tells the truth with no.bs. After setting up the initial consultation a week in advance, i never received the phone call at the scheduled time. First impression was a lasting one, despite all the great reviews Ms. Belew has.

She represented me in 2016 with a divorce. She is understanding, thorough, compassionate and easy to communicate with. I was very pleased with her and the outcome with the situation. I have recommended her to a few friends. She and her staff do excellent work.
