The League Kitchen & Tavern, Austin TX

Had a great experience this past weekend with really delicious food and A+ service. There wasnt a crumb left on anyones plate and we really enjoyed the fried pickles, artichoke dip, steak salad, and pork chop. Their mac n cheese is really creamy and kid and mom approved.:) Ambiance was nice as well. They had quite a few tables and a birthday party but it was still really relaxing and not super loud.

Ok this makes me so sad to give this review because I usually love League Kitchen. Tonight, however, my opinion has changed.

I ordered chicken pot pie which is my favorite meal there. When it arrived, the crust was soggy and the dish was literally cold. I had to send it back and order a completely different entree - which arrived when our friends were finished. I was told my meal would be comped and as it turns out - we had to pay for the full meal. Terrible customer service and unfortunately I will not return.

Literally, the best burger in Lakeway. And bogo on Mondays! Biggest onion rings I have ever seen, everything was great, will definitely be back. Lots of interesting menu items that I want to try.

I went here for my brother's birthday and while I was running back over to the restaurant (in heels) I fell and screwed up my knee for a second time so that sucked but the food was delicious I would go again tbh

We visited for my son's 12th birthday. The ambiance was perfect for a fancy dinner that you can bring older kids to. We arrived at 5pm on a Monday without a reservation and they seated our party of 6 within minutes. The food was perfect and the service was impeccable. It was a real treat.

The menu is varied and I try something new each time. All dishes are delicious! Dillon was our wonderful waiter and juggled the needs of our boisterous 5-top. I love this restaurant!

Had their Frenchy Burger. Fantastic! The beef they use has so much flavor. Love the fresh hand cut fries. Was so good that once I started eating. Forgot to take picture. I am definitely going to watch for this one again in their Specialty Burger of the Week.

This place was SO delicious! We’d been wanting to go here for awhile and we’ll DEFINITELY be back! We went with another couple and got the fried pickle chips (delicious!), pigs in a blanket (croissant wrapped and SO flaky!), meatloaf, burger, chicken fried pork chop and fried chicken sandwich. Everyone loved what they ordered & the service was great! We even got free chocolate cake for it being our first visit. 10/10 recommend!

Enjoyed dinner with a group of friends. Service was excellent. They were very attentive and accomodating. Started with some appetizers. Deep fried pickles, pig in a blanket, meatloaf bites, and truffle deviled eggs. Pigs and ML bites were slightly overcooked. No complaints on the fried pickles and deviled eggs. It was all pretty delicious. Main course showed up pretty quickly. Wife ordered a southern hamburger, medium well, which was really good. I had the Chicken fried pork chop in jalapeno sauce. It was hands down the best chop/ sauce combination I've ever had. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, after a couple of bites, I had to send it back. They tried to make me another one but I turned em down. Someone else in our party had the Chipotle Glazed meatloaf. They said it was good. Someone else had the Fat tire fish and chips. I tried some of it, That was very good as well. All in all a pretty good visit. I will definitely be back to give em a chance to redeem themselves on the pork chop.

Great service! Great Bloody Mary for only $5! We got a chicken sandwich and it was kinda bland otherwise would have given 5stars.

We have been to the Galleria location a number of times. Very consistent in service and quality. This original location recommended by one of the six of us was embarrassed I'm sure. Service was very chaotic. A signature drink I ordered had a floating insoluble "scum" on top of the ice. It looked worse than it tasted. The coconut shrimp were excellent. The entrees were good. I think they were short staffed perhaps. We'll try them again sometime.

First time eating here. Came here with friends that knew this place very well. The wait staff was very friendly. The main course meal was good but the two appetizers were subpar. We ordered the fried pickles and meatloaf bites, both highly recommended by the waiter. The meatloaf bites were a bit sad and old looking, only 5 pieces and I feel the meatloaf was old and only Luke warm. The fried pickles was a very small portion and it definitely didn't meet the hype.

I don't think i would order the patty melt next time. I like it well done, but it was a bit too well done in a couple of places and tasted bitter.
But burgers, spinach dip and onion rings were all great. They also have the prettiest dump cake we've ever seen. Very tasty too.

We had been here several times, over the past few years and liked it, but was dissapppointed this past visit, on Fathers day. My hubby liked his burger, but I ordered the fish n chips, thinking a couple pieces if fish, well it was 4 fish strips, like you would see in a kids meal. More batter than fish. $20 for a kids meal. Very dissapppointing.

$3 mimosas and bloody Mary’s on Saturday and Sundays! We went at 11 AM on a Saturday and it was very quiet. I had the Truffle Honey Chicken & Biscuit which was delicious!

My only feedback is that our waitress was constantly checking up on us and it seemed she was rushing us (although we were her only table). Other than that, we had a really great time and would definitely come back!

One of our favorites in Lakeway. Very good staff, the drinks and food are excellent. Only gripe is that prices have gone up significantly in the past couple of years.

We came in for an early dinner on a Saturday at 5 pm. Lots of open tables. Friendly service. The food was ok. The truffle Fries were really good. I had the French dip and thank god for the au jus as the sandwich was dry and flavorless. We had some wings as an appetizer that were ok and the onion rings were good. My son had a burger and it was ok kind of on the dry side again. My parents had the fish n chips which I took a taste of and were pretty good. Overall nice atmosphere and food was ok service was good. I’d try it again and mix up the dishes hoping for some better flavor in new dishes

If you haven't had the meatloaf here shame on you. It's freaking fantastic. Along with just about everything on the menu. Great all around spot that I will definitely try again and again.

Quite tasty ad excellent ambiance. Had lunch so didn't visit the bar but the both was comfortable and Ari was a spectacular server.
