The Learning Experience - Humble

My daughters have been here for about a year now and I love it. The teachers are great with the kids! The ladies up front are especially nice and welcoming. I love Ms. Torrie.

The Learning Experience has been great to me and my children. The Director Savannah is AMAZING! She's always had my back any personal issue that i've had and communicated about how it may affect my childcare we worked through it! Amy, Torri & Megan are also AMAZING! They will go beyond to make sure my children are good! The teachers are great as well, very nice and friendly! Easy to communicate with, I would recommend any friends and family to this location! My experience has been nothing but great, this is definitely my second home! I chose to continue living in this area just so my children can attend The Learning Experience! I don't want to send them anywhere else!

The Learning Experience (Humble) is the best decision I could have made for a daycare. My daughter has been attending this location for over a year. She is almost potty trained (with the help of her teachers), she can count to 10, identify a few colors all at the age of 26 months. The facility is always clean and staff makes you feel like family, along with addressing all concerns immediately, and if any problems/issues occurred you are notify immediately. If you are looking for a daycare facility for your child look no further, you won’t regret it:)

I did a 5 rating on 10/26/23 because I had been having a great experience with TLE. As of 10/27/23 I almost wish I could have waited to do my rating because for TLE to be such a high level of care for daycare services, I can't believe they do not have a backup generator for the facility. To the owners of TLE, can you get "GENERAC"? Lights are out and parents are being told they won't be available for at least 2 to 3 hours. This means our children will be without A/C, refrigerators keeping milk and food to temperature, also it will be lunch time "what will they do? ". I believe TLE owners need to do better in this situation due to the 266 children and parents are counting on a better standard than NO BACKUP GENERATOR for unforeseen occasions. We as parents do understand things happening but as a place of business; be prepared.

They are an amazing daycare center for you little one to excel in! My little one had so many great, kind, and knowledgeable teachers! Thank to the front desk, the teachers, and admin! Ms. Meagan thank you for showing up to our little one’s birthdays and being an amazing teacher!

Everyone at this location is fantastic. The saddest thing about leaving Houston was losing this daycare.

Every employee knows every kids name. They ttreat each of the kids like their own and truly care about them.

Deciding to jump ship and send my 3 year old to this school has been the best decision I have made. My son comes home generally always in a good mood and raves about how much he loves the school time to time. The directors here are awesome and really listen to you when you have any concerns. The facility is always clean, bright, and inviting for the kids. The playground is huge and they have so many fun events and activities for the kids all the time. Since coming here my son is a lot more social and has friends as well as his behavioral issues that his previous daycare said he had is non existent here. My son is potty trained and developmentally on target to succeed. The staff love my son and are so happy to see him everyday even if he is always so quiet and observant, he loves the staff! Turnover here is a bit frequent, but the school does a good job at handling things under pressure and making sure the show goes on without to many hiccups. I definitely recommend this campus to anyone looking for an trustworthy and inviting daycare. Mrs. Savannah and Mrs. Amy really try their best to make sure all the kids are happy and learning in a safe and welcoming environment. Only feedback I would give would be to make sure parents are in the loop more and ensuring things are being reported such as incidents. Overall, an amazing experience surrounded by pure hearted people that genuinely want what's best for your kiddo.

My son learned so much at this school, even getting full potty training and preparing him for school, thank you so much to all the teachers and staff that keeps everything together

They are very attentive and compassionate and treat your children as if they are their own. The director is very approachable and responsive, always does her best to help you in any way she can! The facility is New, very large, secure and clean. The playground is amazing and there are plenty of age appropriate toys and supplies in each classroom. This is our 3rd daycare since moving here a year in a half ago. This is definitely my favorite my kids have learned so much in the short time they have been here my 5 and 4 year old know how to write they whole names already and are learning basic addition and my 3 year old knows how to count to 15 knows all of her abc's and 90 % of her colors already. Savannah and Amy are amazing and always so happy and energetic. They summer program for the school agers is amazing they have something going on every week never a dull moment. My kids are always excited to go to school tomorrow. Plus you get plenty of daily pictures from the app. Im so glad we found this school. They have definitely become a second family to us. Go check it out you wont regret it.

Super fun & educational environment my kids have been going here for about 5 months now and they love it. The teachers are very patient and the staff communicates well with parents. The teachers send pictures of the kids daily through their app.

Overall it’s been a good experience however director should be more friendly. We were new parents and I didn’t know the director was the director until I read her name tag. She didn’t introduce herself or anything. I think that was unwelcoming … to say the least.

Excellence Daycare Center! I love the staff, and the energy. My grandson runs to his classroom!
